【摘要】：上世紀(jì)九十年代中期至本世紀(jì)前五年這十年時間內(nèi),南昌市修建了大量的水泥混凝土路面城市道路。經(jīng)過了十多年的運(yùn)營,這些水泥混凝土路面不同程度的出現(xiàn)了各種病害,嚴(yán)重影響了道路的服務(wù)水平,降低了車輛行駛的安全性和舒適性,并導(dǎo)致通行能力的下降。同時水泥路面與白色的交通標(biāo)線組合,區(qū)別度較低,不利于行車安全。考慮到行車舒適性、安全性以及城市景觀的需要,南昌市的城市管理者們決定將城區(qū)的水泥路面逐步加鋪改造成瀝青路面。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外水泥路面加鋪改造的實踐經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合南昌市紅谷灘新區(qū)紅谷中大道、豐和中大道和小藍(lán)經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)金沙二路共三條道路的“白改黑”改造經(jīng)驗,總結(jié)舊水泥路面的檢測與評價指標(biāo)并將其運(yùn)用于實際工程中;對舊水泥路面的加鋪前病害進(jìn)行分類,并根據(jù)不同的分類進(jìn)行針對性的處置;根據(jù)反射裂縫的成因?qū)ζ溥M(jìn)行分類,并根據(jù)舊路的病害分析結(jié)果提出不同的反射裂縫防止措施;驗證了加厚瀝青層對反射裂縫產(chǎn)生的延緩作用;分析不同加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)的材料與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法并將其運(yùn)用于實際工程中;為日后南昌市城市道路水泥路面加鋪改造設(shè)計提供一些經(jīng)驗和借鑒。
[Abstract]:During the decade from the mid-1990s to the first five years of this century, a large number of cement concrete pavement urban roads were built in Nanchang. After more than a decade of operation, these cement concrete pavement appeared various diseases, which seriously affected the service level of the road, reduced the safety and comfort of vehicles, and led to the decline of traffic capacity. At the same time, cement pavement and white traffic mark combination, the distinction is low, is not conducive to driving safety. Considering the need of driving comfort, safety and urban landscape, the city managers of Nanchang city decided to gradually transform the cement pavement into asphalt pavement. This paper combines the practical experience of overlay reconstruction of cement pavement at home and abroad, combined with the experience of "White to Black" transformation of three roads, Honggu Zhong Avenue, Feng he Zhong Avenue and Jinsha second Road in Honggutan New District, Nanchang City, and Jinsha second Road in Xiaolan Economic Development Zone. Summing up the detection and evaluation index of old cement pavement and applying it to practical engineering; classifying the disease before paving of old cement pavement and dealing with it according to different classification; classifying it according to the cause of reflection crack, According to the results of the disease analysis of the old road, different measures of preventing reflective cracks are put forward, the effect of thickening asphalt layer on the reflection crack is verified, and the design methods of materials and structures of different overlay structures are analyzed and applied to practical projects. It provides some experience and reference for the design of cement pavement overlay in Nanchang city.
