鐵路隧道機(jī)械化清篩成套技術(shù)及裝備研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)有鐵路隧道因為受原有設(shè)計寬度不夠、通風(fēng)不暢、照明不全以及在作業(yè)中通訊、除塵、降噪、機(jī)械尾氣排放等一系列技術(shù)條件的限制,以往的隧道清理過程只能依靠大量人力實現(xiàn),但是人工作業(yè)存在進(jìn)度慢、安全隱患大、作業(yè)環(huán)境惡劣、作業(yè)質(zhì)量差的缺點。針對這些難題,通過開展周密的理論分析計算、設(shè)備更新改造、工藝創(chuàng)新、施工流程優(yōu)化等技術(shù)攻關(guān),在國內(nèi)首次成功實現(xiàn)了機(jī)械化重載鐵路單線隧道道床的清篩試驗。通過改造QS-400型全斷面道砟清篩機(jī),實現(xiàn)了兩側(cè)枕端距擋砟墻距離之和大于等于1.1m單線隧道的機(jī)械化清篩作業(yè),解決了我國大部分既有單線隧道的機(jī)械化清篩技術(shù)難題。對隧道施工環(huán)境進(jìn)行監(jiān)測、分析,提出了對作業(yè)環(huán)境中的02、CO、CO2、NO、NO2、粉塵等進(jìn)行實時檢測的檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和勞動保護(hù)優(yōu)化措施,針對不同工位施工人員裝備專業(yè)防塵、防煙、防毒口罩和護(hù)目鏡,采取了安裝尾氣凈化裝置、加裝防塵橡膠蓋板等多種措施,有效改善了在隧道內(nèi)進(jìn)行機(jī)械化清篩的作業(yè)環(huán)境。將設(shè)備使用條件與隧道特點相結(jié)合,提出了隧道機(jī)械化清篩作業(yè)的工藝流程和施工組織規(guī)范。對于單線隧道中因枕端距擋砟墻距離受限制而無法機(jī)械化清篩的隧道進(jìn)行專項研究,提出了改造方案和措施。所研發(fā)的隧道成套技術(shù)及裝備較好的解決了隧道機(jī)械化清篩中的主要難題,實現(xiàn)了隧道尤其是單線隧道的機(jī)械化清篩作業(yè),并經(jīng)過了多條單、雙線隧道的生產(chǎn)性清篩作業(yè)試驗驗證,為我國鐵路隧道機(jī)械化清篩成套技術(shù)及實用化裝備研制提供了一種有效的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The existing railway tunnels are limited by a series of technical conditions such as inadequate design width, poor ventilation, inadequate lighting, communication in operation, dust removal, noise reduction, mechanical exhaust emission, etc. In the past, the tunnel cleaning process can only be realized by a large number of manpower, but the manual work has the disadvantages of slow progress, large security hidden danger, bad working environment and poor working quality. In view of these problems, through thorough theoretical analysis and calculation, equipment renewal, technological innovation, construction process optimization and other technical problems, the mechanized heavy haul railway single track tunnel bed cleaning test was successfully realized in China for the first time. By reforming the QS-400 type full-section ballast cleaning machine, the mechanized sieve cleaning operation of single-line tunnel with the sum of the distance between the two ends of the pillow and the ballastproof wall being greater than or equal to 1.1 m has been realized, and the technical problem of mechanized cleaning of most of the existing single-line tunnels in China has been solved. Based on the monitoring and analysis of the tunnel construction environment, the paper puts forward the real time detection standard of 02COCO2CO2NO2NO2 and dust, and the optimized measures of labor protection, aiming at the professional dustproof and smoke prevention of the construction personnel in different work stations. Gas mask and goggles, installation of exhaust gas purification device, installation of dust-proof rubber cover plate and other measures have effectively improved the working environment of mechanized cleaning and screening in the tunnel. Combining the use conditions of the equipment with the characteristics of the tunnel, the technological process and the construction organization standard of the mechanized cleaning and screening operation of the tunnel are put forward. The special research on the tunnel which can not be mechanized cleaning screen due to the restriction of the distance between the end of the pillow and the ballastproof wall in the single line tunnel is carried out and the improvement scheme and measures are put forward. The research and development of the tunnel complete set of technology and equipment has solved the main difficult problem in the tunnel mechanized screening, realized the mechanized cleaning operation of the tunnel, especially the single line tunnel, and passed through many single lines. The test verification of the productive cleaning operation of the double-line tunnel provides an effective solution for the development of the mechanized screening technology and practical equipment for the railway tunnel in China.
