【摘要】：長(zhǎng)沙繞城高速公路(西北段)是湖南省第一條瀝青路面高速公路,1999年建成通車至今已運(yùn)營(yíng)15年。隨著交通量和軸載的快速增長(zhǎng),瀝青路面破損日漸嚴(yán)重,甚至產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的功能性破壞和局部結(jié)構(gòu)性缺陷,路面使用性能和服務(wù)水平日益下降,原有路面結(jié)構(gòu)已不能滿足快速增長(zhǎng)的交通與車輛荷載要求,亟需養(yǎng)護(hù)維修�；诂F(xiàn)行公路技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和該領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有研究,以長(zhǎng)沙繞城高速公路(西北段)舊瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修工程項(xiàng)目為依托,對(duì)其路面進(jìn)行全面調(diào)研與性能檢測(cè),分別就其路面使用性能的單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和綜合指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)其主要病害進(jìn)行歸納分析。該路面結(jié)構(gòu)厚度偏薄,部分路段路面結(jié)構(gòu)剛度和強(qiáng)度偏低,瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性差。建議對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度不足路段進(jìn)行基層和路基處理,以恢復(fù)路面結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力,全線路表面加鋪一層罩面層,以恢復(fù)抗滑能力、平整度和修復(fù)表面損壞病害。在確保技術(shù)可行、節(jié)約投資的前提下,基于一種養(yǎng)護(hù)維修技術(shù)措施能處治多種路面病害,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙繞城高速(西北段)舊瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修進(jìn)行了路段劃分,提出河?xùn)|段和河西段綜合處治的分區(qū)分段養(yǎng)護(hù)維修方案�；趪�(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究,提出了基于投資效益的高速公路舊瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修方案預(yù)估模型的基本原理和具體流程圖,建立了基于投資效益的路面養(yǎng)護(hù)維修方案預(yù)估模型,建立起投資效益與項(xiàng)目投資總額、使用年限及交通量之間的關(guān)系,并通過(guò)實(shí)例介紹了模型的具體計(jì)算流程。參考國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果,提出了就地?zé)嵩偕氖┕すに嚭褪┕べ|(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)兩種不同交通組織方案的對(duì)比分析,建議長(zhǎng)沙繞城高速(西北段)養(yǎng)護(hù)維修交通組織方案采用半幅雙向通行,確保道路的雙向通行能力,減少對(duì)區(qū)域道路的分流壓力。同時(shí)提出了具體的交通安全防范措施,避免施工期交通事故和交通擁堵的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Changsha Expressway (Northwest Section) is the first asphalt pavement expressway in Hunan Province. It has been put into operation for 15 years since its completion in 1999. With the rapid growth of traffic volume and axle load, asphalt pavement damage is becoming more and more serious, even serious functional damage and local structural defects. The pavement performance and service level are declining day by day. The original pavement structure can not meet the requirement of traffic and vehicle load, so it is urgent to maintain and maintain. Based on the current highway technical evaluation standard and the existing research in this field, based on the maintenance and repair project of the old asphalt pavement of Changsha Round-the-City Expressway (Northwest Section), a comprehensive investigation and performance test is carried out on its pavement. The single index and comprehensive index of pavement performance are evaluated, and the main diseases are summarized and analyzed. The thickness of the pavement is thin, the stiffness and strength of some sections of pavement are low, and the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture is poor. It is suggested that the base course and subgrade should be treated in order to restore the bearing capacity of pavement structure and to cover the whole road surface in order to restore the skid resistance, smoothness and repair of surface damage. On the premise of ensuring the feasibility of technology and saving investment, the maintenance and repair of old asphalt pavement is divided into sections based on a technical measure of maintenance and repair to treat many kinds of pavement diseases. This paper puts forward a comprehensive maintenance scheme for the section of Hedong section and Hexi section. Based on the existing research at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic principle and concrete flow chart of the forecast model of the maintenance and repair scheme of the used asphalt pavement of expressway based on the investment benefit, and establishes the prediction model of the maintenance and repair scheme of the pavement based on the investment benefit. The relationship between the investment benefit and the total investment, service life and traffic volume of the project is established, and the concrete calculation flow of the model is introduced through an example. Referring to the research results of scholars at home and abroad, the construction technology and construction quality control points of geothermal regeneration are put forward. Through the comparison and analysis of two different traffic organization schemes, it is suggested that the traffic organization scheme for maintenance and maintenance of Changsha Roundabout Expressway (Northwest Section) should adopt half two-way traffic to ensure the two-way capacity of the road and reduce the diversion pressure on the regional road. At the same time, the traffic safety prevention measures are put forward to avoid traffic accidents and traffic congestion during construction.
