體外預(yù)應(yīng)力橋梁轉(zhuǎn)向塊的受力性能分析

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)向塊是體外預(yù)應(yīng)力橋梁中一種傳力構(gòu)件,由于轉(zhuǎn)向塊形狀不規(guī)則,且要承受預(yù)應(yīng)力筋對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向塊中預(yù)留孔道的巨大作用力,所以轉(zhuǎn)向塊會(huì)出現(xiàn)受力集中的情況,其預(yù)留孔道周圍應(yīng)力分布復(fù)雜,是控制設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵部位。轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠程度直接關(guān)系到大橋的安全和穩(wěn)定。該文應(yīng)用Ansys軟件對(duì)一橫隔板式轉(zhuǎn)向塊進(jìn)行仿真分析,揭示了轉(zhuǎn)向塊的應(yīng)力傳遞路線和受力特性。應(yīng)力分析結(jié)果表明:橫隔板式轉(zhuǎn)向塊在抵抗預(yù)應(yīng)力筋轉(zhuǎn)向力的過程中,形成了預(yù)應(yīng)力筋孔道上部受壓、下部受拉的應(yīng)力分布,最大拉應(yīng)力和最大壓應(yīng)力分別發(fā)生在預(yù)留孔道的下緣和上緣處。提出了在設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用整體加厚的轉(zhuǎn)向塊,能改善轉(zhuǎn)向塊的受力特性,保證大橋的安全和穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Steering block is a kind of force transfer component in externally prestressed bridge. Because the steering block is irregular in shape and subjected to the huge force of prestressing tendons on the reserved hole in the steering block, the steering block will have a concentrated force. The stress distribution around the reserved channel is complex, which is the key part to control the design. The reliability of the steering structure is directly related to the safety and stability of the bridge. In this paper, the Ansys software is used to simulate and analyze a cross diaphragm steering block, and the stress transfer route and stress characteristics of the steering block are revealed. The results of stress analysis show that in the process of resisting the steering force of prestressed tendons, the stress distribution of the upper part and the lower part of the prestressed reinforcement channel is formed. The maximum tensile stress and the maximum compressive stress occur at the lower and upper edge of the reserved channel, respectively. It is suggested that the integral thickened steering block should be selected first in the design, which can improve the mechanical characteristics of the steering block and ensure the safety and stability of the bridge.
