主客觀綜合評(píng)價(jià)法在內(nèi)河航道選汊中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:內(nèi)河航道建設(shè)中在分汊河段面臨汊道選擇問(wèn)題,尤其是大型內(nèi)河航道建設(shè)因投資巨大且對(duì)河段航道格局有長(zhǎng)期影響,選汊涉及的因素繁多且無(wú)法直接比較。以長(zhǎng)江南京以下12.5 m深水航道福姜沙河段的選汊問(wèn)題為例,在對(duì)不同選汊方案的港口適應(yīng)性、通航組織風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、航行干擾、施工期運(yùn)營(yíng)期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、航道服務(wù)水平、錨地便利性、投資及航道維護(hù)等方面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用主客觀綜合評(píng)價(jià)法(CRITIC),建立多目標(biāo)決策評(píng)價(jià)模型。根據(jù)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)選汊方案優(yōu)劣排序,并進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性檢驗(yàn),得出福中+福北方案為最優(yōu)選汊方案。
[Abstract]:In the construction of inland waterway, branching channel is faced with the problem of selection of branching channel, especially because of huge investment and long-term influence on channel pattern of large inland waterway, there are many factors involved in the selection of branching channel and it can not be directly compared. Taking the selection of branches in the Fujiangsha River section of the deep water channel of the Yangtze River below 12.5 m below Nanjing as an example, the port adaptability, navigational organization risk, navigational interference, operational risk during construction period, channel service level and convenience of Anchorage are studied. Based on the analysis of investment and waterway maintenance, a multi-objective decision evaluation model is established by using subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation method. According to the results of model calculation, the selection scheme is ranked, and the stability test is carried out. It is concluded that the Fuzhong Fubei scheme is the best one.
