【摘要】：工程項目是一項牽涉國家經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈的社會系統(tǒng)工程,其質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣直接影響到國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。工程項目的質(zhì)量控制貫穿于項目實施的全過程,只有確保工程質(zhì)量,才能杜絕“豆腐渣”工程,保證國家和人民的財產(chǎn)安全,提高項目的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益與競爭能力。然而,現(xiàn)在盡管企業(yè)看重質(zhì)量管理,但工程質(zhì)量控制依然僅僅局限在技術(shù)層面的結(jié)果上,而缺乏行之有效的過程質(zhì)量動態(tài)跟蹤和過程質(zhì)量綜合評價。本文依托湘潭雙馬互通瀝青面層施工項目,采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、類比分析、定性與定量相結(jié)合,梳理國內(nèi)外工程項目質(zhì)量控制方法與質(zhì)量評價理論,分析我國交通部現(xiàn)行工程質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn);剖析雙馬瀝青面層施工工藝流程、施工方法、施工過程關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量指標(biāo);構(gòu)建了瀝青面層過程指標(biāo)分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),先對試驗段進(jìn)行合格檢驗,運用(?)-R控制圖法及工序能力指數(shù)分析等方法,建立試驗段標(biāo)桿并鑒定等級,再用試驗段標(biāo)桿對瀝青面層施工進(jìn)行全過程質(zhì)量動態(tài)跟蹤;構(gòu)建雙馬瀝清面層之環(huán)境、材料、工藝、機(jī)械及人員二級過程質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系,運用層次分析法求指標(biāo)權(quán)重,應(yīng)用可拓理論建立雙馬互通工程瀝青面層施工過程質(zhì)量綜合評價模型。評價結(jié)果表明,湘潭雙馬互通工程瀝青面層施工過程質(zhì)量達(dá)到良好質(zhì)量水平。本文的研究成果應(yīng)用,使雙馬互通項目瀝青面層施工質(zhì)量得到了很大提升,經(jīng)過了業(yè)主的質(zhì)量審核,得到了業(yè)主方的認(rèn)可。
[Abstract]:Engineering project is a social system project involving the lifeblood of national economy, and its quality directly affects the sustainable development of national economic construction. The quality control of the project runs through the whole process of the project implementation. Only by ensuring the quality of the project, can we put an end to the "bean curd" project, guarantee the property safety of the country and the people, and improve the economic interests and competitiveness of the project. However, although enterprises attach importance to quality management, engineering quality control is still limited to the results of technical level, and lack of effective process quality dynamic tracking and process quality comprehensive evaluation. Based on the Xiangtan Shuangma interworking Asphalt Surface Construction Project, this paper combs the quality control methods and quality evaluation theory of domestic and foreign engineering projects by means of literature investigation, analogy analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the current engineering quality control standards of the Ministry of Communications of China, analyzes the construction process flow, construction methods, key quality indexes of the construction process of the Shuangma asphalt surface, constructs the grading standard of the asphalt surface process indexes, and carries on the qualified inspection on the test section first. By using the control chart method and process capability index analysis, the standard bar of test section is set up and the grade is appraised, then the whole process quality dynamic tracking of asphalt surface layer is carried out by using test section pole, and the environment, material and technology of Shuangma Lek clear surface layer are constructed. The evaluation index system of machinery and personnel's secondary process quality is used to calculate the index weight by AHP and the comprehensive evaluation model of asphalt surface construction process quality of Shuangma Intercommunication Project is established by using extension theory. The evaluation results show that the construction quality of asphalt surface in Xiangtan Shuangma Interchange Project reaches good quality level. The application of the research results in this paper makes the construction quality of asphalt surface of Shuangma Interchange Project greatly improved, and has been approved by the owner after the quality audit of the owner.
