基于ABAQUS的滾刀破巖參數(shù)對滾動(dòng)力及比能的影響

【摘要】:目的研究滾刀破巖過程中,貫入度與滾刀所受平均滾動(dòng)力之間的相應(yīng)關(guān)系,分析刀間距、貫入度以及線速度三因素對比能的影響.方法利用ABAQUS有限元仿真軟件,建立雙滾刀直線切割大理巖的運(yùn)動(dòng)模型,模擬5種不同貫入度的滾刀破巖過程,得出不同貫入度條件下滾刀所受平均滾動(dòng)力的大小;基于正交試驗(yàn)法,選出具有代表性的三因素三水平的參數(shù)組合進(jìn)行仿真,通過極差分析找出不同因素變化對比能的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果貫入度由4 mm增加到8 mm,滾刀所受平均滾動(dòng)力近似線性增長,變化平緩;貫入度由8 mm增加到12 mm,滾刀所受平均滾動(dòng)力增長幅度大,變化明顯.正交試驗(yàn)中,刀間距對比能的均值極差為0.96 MJ/m~3;貫入度對比能的均值極差為0.41 MJ/m~3;線速度對比能的均值極差為0.26 MJ/m~3.結(jié)論在刀間距和線速度保持不變的條件下,滾刀所受平均滾動(dòng)力與貫入度呈正比,而與s/p比值呈反比.通過分析刀間距、貫入度以及線速度變化對比能影響的主次性,得出刀間距影響最大,其次是貫入度,線速度影響最小.研究結(jié)果為提高滾刀破巖效率提供了參考.
[Abstract]:Aim to study the relationship between the penetration and the average rolling force of the hob during the rock breaking process of the hob, and analyze the influence of three factors on the comparison energy between the blade spacing, the penetration degree and the line velocity. Method the ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to establish the model of the double hob straight line cutting marble, and simulate the rock breaking of the 5 kinds of hob with different penetration. According to the orthogonal test method, the parameters combination of three factors and three levels is simulated, and the influence law of the contrast energy of different factors is found through the difference analysis. The results of the result are increased from 4 mm to 8 mm, and the average rolling force of the hob is approximate. Linear growth, the change is gentle, the penetration is increased from 8 mm to 12 mm, the average rolling force of the hob increases greatly and the change is obvious. In the orthogonal test, the mean difference of the contrast energy is 0.96 MJ/m~3, the mean difference of the contrast energy is 0.41 MJ/m~3, the mean difference of the line velocity comparison energy is 0.26 MJ/m~3. conclusion in the distance and line of the knife. Under the condition of constant speed, the average rolling force and penetration of the hob are in direct proportion to the s/p ratio, and the ratio is inversely proportional to the ratio of the tool spacing, penetration and line velocity. The tool spacing has the greatest influence, followed by the penetration degree, and the linear velocity has the smallest influence. The research results can provide the improvement of the rock breaking efficiency of the hob. The reference.
