【摘要】：公路工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)一方面降低了社會(huì)運(yùn)輸成本保證了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度,另一方面公路工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)投資在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)較大的比重,為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供動(dòng)力,也為我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提供保證,因此,提升公路工程項(xiàng)目管理水平、保證公路工程建設(shè)的效果和進(jìn)度具有重要的意義。本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于項(xiàng)目管理成熟度理論和可拓理論,對(duì)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究。本文首先對(duì)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行論述,并對(duì)目前較為成熟的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;對(duì)可拓理論進(jìn)行研究,為公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)的研究提供理論依據(jù)�；谝陨系睦碚撗芯�,本文以O(shè)PM3模型為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合公路工程項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn),從公路工程項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程、管理任務(wù)及項(xiàng)目管理成熟度等級(jí)三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從公路工程項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程出發(fā)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理任務(wù)進(jìn)行分解,構(gòu)建了以管理能力為指標(biāo)的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。以公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),本文結(jié)合層次分析法和熵值法,提出了指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定方法;同時(shí),借助于可拓理論構(gòu)建了公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后,本文以包頭市南繞城公路改建工程項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)構(gòu)建的公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并確定該項(xiàng)目管理成熟度等級(jí),進(jìn)而提出項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的提升策略。本文對(duì)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究,構(gòu)建了公路工程項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型,提出了項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)的方法,為提升施工企業(yè)公路工程項(xiàng)目管理能力提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the construction of highway engineering projects reduces the cost of social transportation and ensures the development of the national economy. On the other hand, the construction investment of highway engineering projects occupies a large proportion of the national economy, which provides the impetus for the development of the national economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the management level of highway project and ensure the effect and progress of highway construction. Based on the project management maturity theory and extension theory, this paper studies the evaluation of highway project management maturity. Firstly, this paper discusses the project management of highway engineering, and makes a comparative analysis of the mature maturity model of project management, and studies the extension theory, which provides the theoretical basis for the research of the maturity evaluation of highway engineering project management. Based on the above theoretical research, this paper based on OPM3 model, combined with the characteristics of highway engineering project management, from the highway project management process, The management maturity model of highway engineering project is constructed from three dimensions of management task and maturity level of project management. On this basis, the project management task is decomposed from the road engineering project management process, and a project management maturity evaluation index system based on the management ability is constructed. Based on the evaluation index system of highway project management maturity, this paper puts forward a method to determine the index weight by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the entropy method, at the same time, The maturity evaluation model of highway project management is constructed by means of extension theory. Finally, this paper takes Baotou City South roundabout Highway Reconstruction Project as an example to verify the evaluation model of highway project management maturity, and to determine the project management maturity level. And then put forward the project management maturity promotion strategy. In this paper, the management maturity evaluation of highway engineering project is studied, the maturity model of highway project management is constructed, and the method of project management maturity evaluation is put forward. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the management ability of highway engineering projects in construction enterprises.
