道路交通事故應(yīng)急救援輔助系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著城市居民擁有車輛數(shù)的飛速增加導(dǎo)致城市道路交通質(zhì)量下降,交通事故率極度升高,因?yàn)閳?bào)警不及時(shí)以及交通擁堵等問題對(duì)應(yīng)急救援的壓力愈加繁重。而我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的交通事故救援體系相對(duì)比較脆弱,在事故救援過程中,呼救不及時(shí)以及交通擁堵等問題導(dǎo)致救援效率不高,延誤了傷者救援的時(shí)機(jī)從而造成更大的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。智能交通系統(tǒng)在當(dāng)前城市交通領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,它根據(jù)城市的特點(diǎn)對(duì)城市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行升級(jí),而隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、地理信息技術(shù)以及人工智能控制技術(shù)的日益成熟,建立和完善道路交通事故救援系統(tǒng)是目前亟待解決的技術(shù)難題,也是解決城市道路應(yīng)急救援的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。本文利用多Agent理論,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的事故救援輔助系統(tǒng)做了救援任務(wù)組織策略的研究,使城市道路交通事故應(yīng)急救援硬件系統(tǒng)可操作性提高,并在應(yīng)急救援策略上應(yīng)用并優(yōu)化了合同網(wǎng)策略,使得輔助救援系統(tǒng)過程可控、高效。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)目前的事故報(bào)警系統(tǒng)主要是依靠傳統(tǒng)的電話報(bào)警或者視頻監(jiān)控而獲知,在明確報(bào)警信息的獲取是應(yīng)急救援系統(tǒng)的不足之后,提出應(yīng)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),對(duì)STC89C52單片機(jī)進(jìn)行開發(fā),建立了道路交通事故應(yīng)急救援輔助系統(tǒng)的硬件系統(tǒng),為系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建提供技術(shù)支撐。(2)軟件決策階段主要采用多Agent的任務(wù)協(xié)商理論來進(jìn)行,根據(jù)對(duì)多Agent理論的分析,提出構(gòu)建車輛Agent的BDI(Belief-Desire-Intention,信念—愿望—意圖)模型的構(gòu)建方式,建立了多Agent應(yīng)急救援模型,并引入合同網(wǎng)策略,將一個(gè)復(fù)雜的應(yīng)急救援問題轉(zhuǎn)化為以事故發(fā)生點(diǎn)為基準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救援任務(wù)的分配問題。(3)基于合同網(wǎng)的任務(wù)分配算法根據(jù)救援任務(wù)類型的不同而采取不同的救援組織辦法,分別建立基于合同網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)區(qū)域救援算法,同時(shí)應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)插值對(duì)合同網(wǎng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提出基于動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整優(yōu)化的合同網(wǎng)算法來應(yīng)對(duì)事故應(yīng)急救援的突發(fā)狀況。結(jié)合試驗(yàn),對(duì)優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行仿真,并與傳統(tǒng)的道路交通事故應(yīng)急救援方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明了輔助系統(tǒng)的有效性,能夠?qū)鹘y(tǒng)的交通事故救援方式起到補(bǔ)充作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase in the number of vehicles owned by urban residents, the quality of urban road traffic is declining, and the traffic accident rate is extremely high, because of the untimely alarm and traffic congestion and other problems on the pressure of emergency relief increasingly heavy. However, the existing traffic accident rescue system in our country is relatively fragile. In the process of accident rescue, the problems of untimely call for help and traffic congestion lead to low rescue efficiency and delay the time of rescue for the injured, thus causing greater property losses. Intelligent Transportation system (its) is more and more widely used in the field of urban transportation. It upgrades the urban transportation infrastructure according to the characteristics of the city, and with the computer technology, Internet of things technology, With the development of geographic information technology and artificial intelligence control technology, it is an urgent technical problem to establish and perfect the road traffic accident rescue system. It is also an important task to solve the urban road emergency rescue. This paper makes use of the multi- theory to study the strategy of the traditional accident rescue assistant system, which makes the hardware system of emergency rescue of urban road traffic accident more operable. The contract network strategy is applied and optimized in emergency rescue strategy, which makes the process of auxiliary rescue system controllable and efficient. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the current incident alarm system is mainly based on the traditional telephone alarm or video surveillance. After it is clear that the acquisition of alarm information is the deficiency of the emergency rescue system, the application of the Internet of things system is put forward. The STC89C52 single chip computer is developed, and the hardware system of the road traffic accident emergency rescue assistant system is established, which provides technical support for the construction of the system. The software decision-making stage is mainly carried out by the multi- task negotiation theory. Based on the analysis of the theory of multiple Agent, this paper puts forward the method of constructing the BDI Agent Belief-Desire-Intentionmodel, establishes the multi-Agent emergency rescue model, and introduces the contract net strategy. A complex emergency rescue problem is transformed into the assignment problem of on-site rescue task based on the accident occurrence point. (3) the task assignment algorithm based on contract net adopts different methods of rescue organization according to the different types of rescue mission. At the same time, the dynamic interpolation is used to optimize the contract network, and a contract network algorithm based on dynamic adjustment optimization is proposed to deal with the emergency situation. Combined with the experiment, the optimization model is simulated and compared with the traditional road traffic accident emergency rescue method, which proves the effectiveness of the auxiliary system and can play a complementary role to the traditional traffic accident rescue mode.
