凍融作用對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土抗裂性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:根據(jù)北京市冬季氣溫調(diào)研,確定室內(nèi)凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn)周期,分別對(duì)7組環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土試件進(jìn)行不同次數(shù)的凍融循環(huán),通過室內(nèi)三點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn)得到不同凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)下環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土的彎曲勁度模量和斷裂能,采用數(shù)值模擬方法計(jì)算不同凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)下環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土的平面應(yīng)變斷裂韌度.研究結(jié)果表明:環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土彎曲勁度模量隨凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加而減小,凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)為30次時(shí),環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土彎曲勁度模量的凍融損傷量為60%;環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土斷裂能和平面應(yīng)變斷裂韌度隨凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加呈先減小后增大的趨勢(shì),凍融循環(huán)為15次時(shí),環(huán)氧瀝青混凝土斷裂能和平面應(yīng)變斷裂韌度達(dá)到最小值.
[Abstract]:According to the investigation of winter air temperature in Beijing, the indoor freeze-thaw cycle test period was determined, and seven groups of epoxy asphalt concrete specimens were subjected to different freeze-thaw cycles respectively. The flexural stiffness modulus and fracture energy of epoxy asphalt concrete under different freeze-thaw cycles were obtained by three point bending test in laboratory. The plane strain fracture toughness of epoxy asphalt concrete under different freeze-thaw cycles was calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that the flexural stiffness modulus of epoxy asphalt concrete decreases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, and when the freeze-thaw cycles are 30 times, The freezing and thawing damage of epoxy asphalt concrete flexural stiffness modulus is 60, and the fracture energy and plane strain fracture toughness of epoxy asphalt concrete decrease first and then increase with the increase of freeze-thaw cycle times, when the freeze-thaw cycle is 15 times, The fracture energy and plane strain fracture toughness of epoxy asphalt concrete are minimum.
