【摘要】：通過試驗與設(shè)計研究,提出一種以骨架原則設(shè)計的、適用于再生骨料多孔混凝土配合比設(shè)計的新方法。再生骨料以飽和面干狀態(tài)為基準(zhǔn),參考ATPB-25開級配瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石排水基層的級配范圍,按照骨架-空隙結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計再生粗骨料級配;依據(jù)再生骨料多孔混凝土設(shè)計的目標(biāo)空隙率,采用體積法計算單位水泥用量、用水量、再生骨料用量。對于C20再生骨料多孔混凝土的配合比設(shè)計,當(dāng)目標(biāo)空隙率為15%,坍落度為10~20 mm時,水灰比為0.30,砂率選取8%為宜,且C20再生骨料多孔混凝土的試驗室配合比為水泥∶水∶飽和面干再生骨料A∶飽和面干再生骨料B(4.75mm)∶再生骨料B(4.75mm)∶砂=274∶82∶1 101∶493∶62∶136。
[Abstract]:Through experimental and design research, a new design method based on skeleton principle is proposed, which is suitable for the mix design of recycled aggregate porous concrete. Based on the dry state of saturated surface and referring to the gradation range of ATPB-25 open graded asphalt stabilized macadam drainage base, the recycled aggregate gradation is designed according to the skeleton and void structure, and the target void ratio of recycled aggregate porous concrete is obtained. Volume method was used to calculate the amount of unit cement, water consumption and recycled aggregate. For the mix design of C20 recycled aggregate porous concrete, when the target porosity is 15, the slump is 10 ~ 20 mm, the water-cement ratio is 0.30, and the sand ratio is 8%. And the laboratory mix ratio of C20 recycled aggregate porous concrete is cement: water: saturated surface dry recycled aggregate A: saturated surface dry recycled aggregate B 4. 75 mm / m: sand 274: 82: 1 101: 4 933: 62: 136.
