大跨度波形鋼腹板組合箱梁矮塔斜拉橋受力性能分析

【摘要】:為明確大跨度多塔波形鋼腹板組合箱梁矮塔斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu)行為規(guī)律和研究單箱多室部分波形鋼腹板組合箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特性。以在建的一座單箱五室部分波形鋼腹板組合箱梁三塔矮塔斜拉橋——山西運城至河南靈寶高速公路運寶黃河大橋(110m+2×200m+110m)為工程背景。采用有限元數(shù)值模擬方法,研究橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的靜、動力特性,分析結(jié)構(gòu)各方面受力性能以及結(jié)構(gòu)的行為規(guī)律。主要完成以下工作:首先,介紹了波形鋼腹板組合箱梁矮塔斜拉橋在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探討了波形鋼腹板矮塔斜拉橋的受力特點及其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢。其次,基于運寶黃河大橋工程背景,利用有限元軟件Midas Civil建立全橋空間梁單元有限元模型,分析全橋主要施工階段、運營階段的一系列靜力響應(yīng);在此基礎(chǔ)上建立全橋動力分析有限元模型,計算橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)自振特性,并分別采用地震反應(yīng)譜響應(yīng)分析方法和地震時程分析方法對橋梁進(jìn)行地震響應(yīng)分析研究。最后,利用有限元軟件Midas FEA建立橋梁局部結(jié)構(gòu)基于實體單元和板殼單元的有限元仿真模型,對其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的局部受力分析。包括主梁單箱五室部分波形鋼腹板組合箱梁的波腹板應(yīng)力計算分析、波腹板抗剪屈曲分析、截面剪力分配研究、截面剪力滯效應(yīng)分析以及內(nèi)襯混凝土對波腹板剪應(yīng)力和預(yù)應(yīng)力施加效率的影響分析等。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the structural behavior of long-span multi-tower corrugated steel web composite box girder with low tower cable-stayed bridge and to study the mechanical characteristics of single-box multi-chamber partial corrugated steel web composite box girder structure. The background of the project is a three-tower and low-tower cable-stayed bridge with three towers and low tower, which is under construction, with a single box and five-room partial waveform steel webs. The bridge is 110m 2 脳 200m 110m for the Huanghe River Bridge of Lingbao Expressway in Henan Province. Finite element numerical simulation method is used to study the static and dynamic characteristics of bridge structure. The main works are as follows: firstly, the development status of corrugated steel web composite box girder cable-stayed bridge with low tower at home and abroad is introduced, and the mechanical characteristics and development advantages of corrugated steel web low tower cable-stayed bridge are discussed. Secondly, based on the engineering background of Yunbao Yellow River Bridge, the finite element model of the space beam element of the whole bridge is established by using the finite element software Midas Civil, and a series of static responses of the main construction stage and operation stage of the whole bridge are analyzed. On this basis, the finite element model of the whole bridge dynamic analysis is established, and the natural vibration characteristics of the bridge structure are calculated. The seismic response analysis method and the seismic time history analysis method are used to analyze the seismic response of the bridge respectively. Finally, the finite element simulation model of local bridge structure based on solid element and shell element is established by using finite element software Midas FEA, and the local force is analyzed in detail. Including the calculation and analysis of the wave web stress, the shear buckling analysis of the wave web plate, and the research on the section shear force distribution of the composite box girder with single box and five chambers of corrugated steel webs. The shear lag effect of cross section and the effect of lining concrete on shear stress and prestressing efficiency of web plate are analyzed.
