關(guān)角隧道施工機(jī)械配套與通風(fēng)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,對交通路網(wǎng)的要求越來越高,廢棄原有曲線半徑小的路線,采用長大隧道取直是必然的發(fā)展方向。長大隧道的建設(shè)往往是整個工程的重點(diǎn),是影響整個工程工期的關(guān)鍵因素。現(xiàn)代隧道施工對施工機(jī)械的依賴程度越來越高,合理的施工機(jī)械化配套方案是縮短工程工期的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。隧道通風(fēng)一直是困擾隧道長距離施工的難題,隧道施工通風(fēng)技術(shù)水平直接影響隧道獨(dú)頭掘進(jìn)的規(guī)模,對新線的勘測、選線、工程設(shè)計、施工組織都有重要影響。關(guān)角隧道施工機(jī)械配套與通風(fēng)方案,對工程工期、安全性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性都有很大的影響。本論文針對青藏鐵路西格二線XGZHQ5-1標(biāo)段的新關(guān)角隧道工程,研究長大隧道的施工機(jī)械配套與通風(fēng)技術(shù)問題,研究工作和研究成果主要包括:(1)通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,得到高原特殊環(huán)境下施工機(jī)械選型配套基本原則,重點(diǎn)分析隧道開挖作業(yè)線、出碴運(yùn)輸作業(yè)線和初期支護(hù)作業(yè)線。(2)本文運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價法,對裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行方案比選,得到最優(yōu)解。(3)本文運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)模型排隊論法,計算出裝載機(jī)和出碴車最優(yōu)的配套方案,可以計算出在不同進(jìn)尺情況下最經(jīng)濟(jì)的配套方案。(4)論文通過對關(guān)角隧道的巖性分析,將大型噴射機(jī)組和小型濕噴機(jī)在施工效率、作業(yè)環(huán)境、安全性等方面通過參數(shù)和性能進(jìn)行比較,得到大型噴射機(jī)組在硬巖開挖工況下各方面都優(yōu)于小型濕噴機(jī),而小型濕噴機(jī)適用于軟弱圍巖。(5)本文從關(guān)角隧道施工通風(fēng)的難點(diǎn)入手,根據(jù)空氣性質(zhì)與海拔的關(guān)系,對施工需風(fēng)量計算進(jìn)行了修正,計算得到施工通風(fēng)的總需風(fēng)量。針對輔助坑道距離長的特點(diǎn),對原通風(fēng)方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最終采用中隔板通風(fēng)方案。優(yōu)化后的通風(fēng)方案使能耗降低24%,上部風(fēng)道進(jìn)風(fēng)量是原方案的4倍,滿足施工的要求。(6)針對風(fēng)管出風(fēng)口的風(fēng)速不同,運(yùn)用流體力學(xué)方法分析通風(fēng)設(shè)計的參數(shù),分析出風(fēng)口到掌子面最合理距離。結(jié)果表明,風(fēng)管出口風(fēng)速11m/s,距掌子面25m左右;風(fēng)管出口風(fēng)速10m/s,距掌子面20m左右,效果最佳。論文系統(tǒng)全面分析了關(guān)角隧道的施工機(jī)械配套選型和通風(fēng)技術(shù)問題,方案合理可靠,為高原隧道施工提供一定的借鑒和參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy in our country, the demand for traffic network is becoming higher and higher. It is inevitable to abandon the route with small radius of the original curve and adopt the long tunnel to straighten out. The construction of long tunnel is often the focus of the whole project and the key factor affecting the construction period of the whole project. Modern tunnel construction depends more and more on construction machinery, and reasonable construction mechanization is the key to shorten the construction period. Tunnel ventilation has always been a difficult problem for long distance construction of tunnels. The technical level of ventilation in tunnel construction directly affects the scale of single end tunneling, and has an important impact on the survey, selection of new lines, engineering design and construction organization. The matching and ventilation scheme of Guanjiao tunnel construction machinery has great influence on the construction period, safety and economy. In this paper, aiming at the new Guanjiao tunnel project of the second XGZHQ5-1 section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the paper studies the construction machinery matching and ventilation technology of the long tunnel. The research work and research results mainly include: 1) through consulting a large number of documents, The basic principles of construction machinery selection and matching under the special environment of plateau are obtained, with emphasis on the analysis of tunnel excavation operation line, ballast transportation line and initial support line. 2) in this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to compare and select the loaders' schemes. In this paper, the optimal matching scheme of loader and ballast truck can be calculated by using the mathematical model queuing theory method, and the most economical matching scheme can be calculated under the condition of different ruler.) the lithology analysis of Guanjiao tunnel is carried out in this paper. By comparing the construction efficiency, working environment, safety and so on between the large jet unit and the small wet jet machine, it is found that the large jet unit is superior to the small wet jet machine in every aspect under the condition of hard rock excavation. This paper starts with the difficulty of ventilation in Guanjiao tunnel, according to the relation between air property and altitude, modifies the calculation of construction air demand, and calculates the total air demand of construction ventilation. According to the characteristics of long distance of auxiliary tunnel, the original ventilation scheme was optimized and the middle partition ventilation scheme was adopted. The optimized ventilation scheme reduces the energy consumption by 24%, and the inlet air volume of the upper air duct is 4 times that of the original one, which meets the requirements of the construction.) according to the different wind speed of the air duct outlet, the hydrodynamic method is used to analyze the parameters of the ventilation design. Analyze the most reasonable distance from the air outlet to the palm. The results show that the wind velocity at the outlet of the air duct is 11 m / s, about 25 m from the palm surface, and 10 m / s from the outlet of the duct, and 20 m from the palm surface. This paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the matching selection of construction machinery and the technical problems of ventilation in Guanjiao Tunnel. The scheme is reasonable and reliable, which provides a certain reference and reference value for the construction of highland tunnel.
