泥漿顆粒級配和地層孔徑對泥水盾構(gòu)泥膜形成的影響

【摘要】:為了研究影響泥水盾構(gòu)開挖面上泥膜形成質(zhì)量的主要因素,通過三維顆粒流程序(PFC3D)模擬了不同顆粒級配和不同密度的泥漿在泥漿壓力作用下向不同孔徑的地層中移動(dòng)和泥膜的形成情況。模擬結(jié)果表明:增大泥漿d_(85)和泥漿密度有助于在地層表面形成良好的泥膜;地層孔徑較大時(shí),不易形成良好的泥膜,需要選擇與之匹配的泥漿顆粒級配和泥漿密度。數(shù)值模擬得到了與室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)一致的3種泥漿顆粒堆積形態(tài):泥皮型、泥皮+滲透帶型和滲透帶型。當(dāng)泥漿d_(85)與地層平均孔徑Dp的比值d_(85)/D_p和泥漿密度較大時(shí),堆積形態(tài)為泥皮型;當(dāng)d_(85)/D_p和泥漿密度較小時(shí),堆積形態(tài)為滲透帶型。3種泥漿顆粒堆積形態(tài)中地層水壓力從大到小排序?yàn)闈B透帶型、泥皮+滲透帶型、泥皮型,而地層水平應(yīng)力從大到小排序?yàn)槟嗥ば、泥?滲透帶型、滲透帶型。泥膜的支護(hù)機(jī)理為由泥漿和地層的水壓力差對泥膜的作用力平衡地層的側(cè)向土壓力來保持開挖面的穩(wěn)定。因此,形成的泥膜質(zhì)量越好,泥膜的滲透系數(shù)就越小,泥膜處產(chǎn)生的水壓力梯度就越大,可以提供的維持開挖面穩(wěn)定的水平有效應(yīng)力也就越大。影響泥膜形成質(zhì)量的主要因素是泥漿顆粒級配、泥漿密度和地層孔徑;在泥水盾構(gòu)施工時(shí),可以根據(jù)地層孔徑調(diào)整泥漿顆粒級配和泥漿密度,使開挖面上能夠形成良好的泥膜,從而保證開挖面的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to study the main factors that affect the quality of mud film formation on the dredging surface of mud water shield, The movement of mud with different particle gradation and density to different pore size formation and the formation of mud film under mud pressure were simulated by using the three-dimensional particle flow program (PFC3D). The simulation results show that increasing mud density and mud density can help to form a good mud film on the formation surface, and when the pore diameter of the formation is larger, it is difficult to form a good mud film, so it is necessary to select the matching mud particle gradation and mud density. Numerical simulation results show that three kinds of mud particle accumulation patterns are consistent with the laboratory tests: mud crust, mud permeable zone and permeable zone. When the ratio of mud to average pore diameter (d_(85)/D_p) and mud density is high, the accumulation pattern is mud crust type, and when d_(85)/D_p and mud density are small, The formation water pressure is classified from large to small to permeable zone type, mud crust type, and horizontal stress from big to small is mud crust type, mud skin permeable zone type. The supporting mechanism of mud film is that the interaction force between mud and formation water pressure balance the lateral earth pressure of formation to maintain the stability of excavating surface. Therefore, the better the quality of the sludge membrane is, the smaller the permeability coefficient is, the greater the water pressure gradient in the mud membrane is, and the greater the horizontal effective stress can be provided to maintain the stability of the excavated surface. The main factors affecting the quality of mud film formation are slurry particle gradation, mud density and formation pore diameter. In mud shield construction, mud particle gradation and mud density can be adjusted according to formation pore diameter, so that good mud film can be formed on excavated surface. So as to ensure the stability of the excavated surface.
