【摘要】：為提高鑿巖臺(tái)車施鉆時(shí)超欠挖控制的精度,通過(guò)對(duì)一種三臂鑿巖臺(tái)車推進(jìn)梁上的頂盤結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)原頂盤的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)存在一定的缺陷,即頂盤鉆桿導(dǎo)向孔與隧道縱向水平線之間的距離過(guò)大,導(dǎo)致施鉆時(shí)外插角難以控制,從而影響超欠挖控制的精度。通過(guò)分析和總結(jié),對(duì)頂盤重新進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)減小頂盤鉆桿導(dǎo)向孔與隧道縱向水平線之間的距離減小了施鉆時(shí)的外插角,從而減少了對(duì)超欠挖的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the precision of over-underdigging control in drilling of rock drilling vehicle, the structure of top disc on the propulsive beam of a three-arm drilling bench is analyzed, and it is found that there are certain defects in the structural design of the original roof plate. That is, the distance between the guide hole of top disc drill pipe and the longitudinal horizontal line of tunnel is too large, which leads to the difficulty of controlling the extrapolation angle during drilling, thus affecting the precision of over-underdigging control. By analyzing and summing up, the top disc is redesigned. By reducing the distance between the guide hole of top disc drill pipe and the vertical horizontal line of tunnel, the extrapolation angle of drilling is reduced, and the influence on overdigging is reduced.
