【摘要】：從交通研究者和實(shí)踐者的角度出發(fā),以可持續(xù)交通這一概念為中心展開討論。可持續(xù)交通寬泛地反映了可持續(xù)發(fā)展在交通領(lǐng)域的原則。隨著可持續(xù)性這一概念的外延逐漸擴(kuò)大,在它的定義、應(yīng)用和價值取向上出現(xiàn)了不同觀點(diǎn)。著重討論可持續(xù)交通,以及如何理解和運(yùn)用可持續(xù)交通,包括:1)將可持續(xù)性或者可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為一個整體的概念,包括關(guān)于可持續(xù)性的不同方法和定義之間的沖突;2)對可持續(xù)交通以及交通領(lǐng)域?qū)ζ淅斫獾奶剿?3)使用指標(biāo)來實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性的應(yīng)用。然后識別了通往可持續(xù)交通之路的若干挑戰(zhàn),包括缺乏清晰定義、可持續(xù)性的固有沖突、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的跨領(lǐng)域本質(zhì)、各種工作框架和指標(biāo)體系、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的政治因素和交通領(lǐng)域?qū)嵺`中的不同觀點(diǎn)。基于在該課題上的研究積累,總結(jié)解決這些問題的工作框架,提出因地制宜、注重結(jié)果、整體的方法來解決可持續(xù)交通中的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of traffic researchers and practitioners, the concept of sustainable transportation is discussed. Sustainable traffic broadly reflects the principle of sustainable development in the field of transportation. With the extension of the concept of sustainability, there are different views on its definition, application and value orientation. Focusing on sustainable transport and how to understand and apply sustainable transport, including the concept of sustainability or sustainable development as a whole, This includes conflict between different approaches and definitions of sustainability (2) the exploration of sustainable transport and its understanding in the field of transport 3) the use of indicators to achieve sustainability applications. They then identified a number of challenges to the road to sustainable transport, including the lack of a clear definition, the inherent conflict of sustainability, the cross-cutting nature of sustainable development, the various working frameworks and indicator systems, Political factors of sustainable development and different views in practice in the field of transportation. Based on the accumulation of research on this subject, this paper summarizes the work framework to solve these problems, and puts forward a solution to the challenges of sustainable transportation based on local conditions, results and the whole.
