互通式立交的方案設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:交通需求隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,不僅在數(shù)量上呈現(xiàn)急劇增加的趨勢(shì),而且對(duì)交通質(zhì)量也是不斷的要求提高,由此造成了日益嚴(yán)重的交通問題,路網(wǎng)的交通壓力居高不下。立交作為路網(wǎng)交通樞紐的一種高級(jí)形式,具有交通流快速轉(zhuǎn)換的功能,其在路網(wǎng)中的地位必將越來越重要。立交設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)劣的影響將會(huì)是多方面的,這其中包括工程的投資額、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的效益、交通流的服務(wù)水平以及行車安全等。自從誕生立交結(jié)構(gòu)以來,它就因?yàn)槟軌蜉^好的提高交通流量而被應(yīng)用在道路建設(shè)中,實(shí)踐證明,立交在道路通行能力方面扮演著重要的角色。影響立交選型的因素很多,其中有自然地形、通行能力、相交道路等級(jí)、收費(fèi)要求等。減少或避免沖突點(diǎn)形成、保證交通安全、減少延誤及提高通行能力是立交相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的平交口的優(yōu)勢(shì),但凡事都有兩面性,如建設(shè)周期長、繞行距離長及建設(shè)資金高等就是它的缺點(diǎn)。因此,根據(jù)道路交通特點(diǎn)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)牧⒔恍褪骄惋@的相當(dāng)重要,F(xiàn)有的立交方案評(píng)價(jià)方法存在過于簡單化比如技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)法,或是計(jì)算非常繁瑣,工作量很大如灰度理論評(píng)價(jià)法,或是難于獲取資料如神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法等問題,本文結(jié)合了模糊數(shù)學(xué)與層次分析法的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行立交方案評(píng)價(jià)。論文主要研究的內(nèi)容有:①本文在分析了國內(nèi)外立體交叉的發(fā)展進(jìn)程、存留問題的基礎(chǔ)上,將常用的互通式立體交叉的形式分類列出并詳細(xì)說明其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。②本文針對(duì)互通式立交在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過程中的重要影響因素—交通量預(yù)測(cè)進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)例中運(yùn)用了VISSIM軟件進(jìn)行了交通量分布分析,結(jié)合其他影響因素對(duì)怎樣比選出最優(yōu)的方案進(jìn)行了研究。③運(yùn)用層次分析法建立立交選型的指標(biāo)體系,利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法來確定隸屬度函數(shù),運(yùn)用新的算法計(jì)算各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,通過運(yùn)算得出最優(yōu)的評(píng)價(jià)方案。④最后,結(jié)合廣西南寧市友誼-白沙大道的立交,以實(shí)際工程檢驗(yàn)?zāi):C合評(píng)價(jià)法在立交方案選型中的運(yùn)用,驗(yàn)證了該方案評(píng)價(jià)的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, traffic demand is not only increasing rapidly in quantity, but also improving traffic quality. As a result, traffic problems become more and more serious and traffic pressure on road network remains high. As an advanced form of road network transportation hub, interchange has the function of rapid traffic flow conversion, and its position in the road network will become more and more important. The influence of the design scheme of interchange will be in many aspects, including the investment of project, the benefit of social economy, the service level of traffic flow and the safety of traffic, etc. Since the birth of the interchange structure, it has been used in the road construction because it can improve the traffic flow. The practice has proved that the interchange plays an important role in the capacity of the road. There are many factors affecting interchange selection, including natural terrain, traffic capacity, intersecting road grade, toll requirements and so on. Reducing or avoiding the formation of conflict points, ensuring traffic safety, reducing delays and improving traffic capacity are the advantages of an interchange over the traditional horizontal intersection, but there are two sides to everything, such as a long construction period. Long detour and high construction funds are its disadvantages. Therefore, it is very important to choose the appropriate interchange type according to the characteristics of road traffic. The existing evaluation methods of interchange schemes are too simplistic, such as technical and economic evaluation methods, or the calculation is very complicated, the workload is very heavy, such as gray theory evaluation method, or it is difficult to obtain data such as neural network method, and so on. This paper combines the advantages of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the interchange scheme. The main contents of this paper are: 1. On the basis of analyzing the development process of intersecting and existing problems at home and abroad, The common form of interchange is classified and its merits and demerits are explained in detail in this paper, the traffic volume prediction, which is an important influence factor of interchange in the process of planning and design, is analyzed. In this paper, VISSIM software is used to analyze the traffic volume distribution, and how to compare the optimal scheme with other influencing factors is studied. 3. The index system of interchange type selection is established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the membership degree function, and the new algorithm is used to calculate the weight of each index. Finally, the optimal evaluation scheme .4 is obtained by calculation. Finally, combining with the interchange of Friendship and Baisha Avenue in Nanning, Guangxi, The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in practical engineering test in the selection of interchange scheme is proved to be scientific and practical.
