基于均衡破巖量的TBM正滾刀多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化布局

【摘要】:全斷面巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)(TBM)是高度自動(dòng)化的隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)械設(shè)備,其滾刀布局設(shè)計(jì)是刀盤快速有效掘進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過對(duì)TBM刀盤滾刀基本布局原則的總結(jié),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有螺旋線布刀規(guī)律的研究分析,提出了變速螺旋線滾刀布局設(shè)計(jì)方法;跐L刀破巖量差異最小化思想對(duì)正滾刀布局建立多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,采用極徑與極角分步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),利用遺傳算法對(duì)正滾刀極徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模型求解,再利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法對(duì)其極角多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型求解。以TB880E刀盤滾刀布局為算例,對(duì)其正滾刀布局優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析,與原有刀盤滾刀布局對(duì)比得出:不平衡徑向力下降了33.9%,刀盤傾覆力矩下降了78.1%,正滾刀破巖方差也有了很大程度地減小,優(yōu)化結(jié)果更利于正滾刀的均衡磨損。滾刀整體布局質(zhì)心也更靠近刀盤中心。
[Abstract]:TBM is a highly automatic tunneling machine, and its hob layout design is the key technology for rapid and effective heading of cutter head. Based on the summary of the basic layout principle of TBM cutter head hob and the research and analysis of the existing helical cutter distribution law, the design method of variable speed helical hob layout is put forward. Based on the idea of minimizing the difference in rock mass of hobs, a multi-objective optimization model is established for the layout of normal hobs.
