通用型電子站牌LED顯示系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城市化進(jìn)程加快,人們對(duì)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施要求變高,傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)公交站牌已經(jīng)不能滿足乘客,于是提出了電子站牌的概念。所謂電子站牌,是以動(dòng)態(tài)的方式,在傳統(tǒng)站牌基礎(chǔ)上給乘客及時(shí)提供車輛到站、車輛延誤等情況,方便乘客出行,提高社會(huì)服務(wù)水平與質(zhì)量。但是,大部分的電子站牌暴露在戶外,并且由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境的不可控性,往往會(huì)對(duì)電子站牌的運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生一定影響。因此,如何提高電子站牌的預(yù)報(bào)站準(zhǔn)確性、降低故障率以及增強(qiáng)電子站牌的預(yù)報(bào)站效果具有非常重要的意義和作用。本文主要研究了公交電子站牌系統(tǒng)中LED控制卡魯棒性的改進(jìn)、預(yù)報(bào)站效果的改進(jìn)以及通信方面穩(wěn)定性的增強(qiáng)等。LED控制卡以2G/3G的GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為數(shù)據(jù)接收介質(zhì),UPD作為通信協(xié)議,RS232/485作為內(nèi)部傳輸方式,以意法半導(dǎo)體公司的Crotex-M3芯片STM32F103作為主控芯片、Altera公司的EP1C3T144芯片作為L(zhǎng)ED控制芯片。其中,在UDP協(xié)議的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)提高了通信的穩(wěn)定性及效率,針對(duì)LED的顯示方式通過將算法移植到FPGA中提高了顯示效率,降低了系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜度,并且針對(duì)戶外型的電子站牌在魯棒性上做了改進(jìn)。最后,整個(gè)公交電子站牌優(yōu)化升級(jí)后,將系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中進(jìn)行測(cè)試,該型號(hào)公交電子站牌已經(jīng)通過測(cè)試,并在江蘇、安徽等省份中多個(gè)城市投入運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行情況良好,市民反映積極。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, the process of urbanization accelerated, and the demand for urban infrastructure became higher. The traditional static bus stop cards had been unable to meet the passengers, so the concept of electronic station cards was put forward. The so-called electronic station card, in a dynamic way, provided passengers to the station and vehicle delay on the basis of the traditional station card. It is convenient for passengers to travel and improve the level and quality of social service. However, most of the electronic station cards are exposed in the outdoor, and the uncontrollability of the field environment will often have a certain influence on the operation of the electronic station card. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of the forecast station of the electronic station, reduce the failure rate and enhance the forecast station effect of the electronic station card. This paper mainly studies the improvement of LED control Kalu in the bus electronic station card system, the improvement of the effect of the forecast station and the enhancement of the stability of the communication, and the GPRS network of 2G/3G as the data receiving medium, the UPD as the communication protocol and the RS232/485 as the internal transmission mode. The Crotex-M3 chip STM32F103 of Italy semiconductor company is used as the main control chip, and the EP1C3T144 chip of Altera company is used as the LED control chip. Among them, the stability and efficiency of the communication are improved on the basis of the UDP protocol, and the display efficiency of the LED is improved by transferring the algorithm to the FPGA, and the system is reduced. In the end, the system is tested in practical application, and the bus electronic station card has passed the test and has been put into operation in many cities, such as Jiangsu, Anhui and other provinces, and the public is in good condition and the citizens reflect. Positive.
