淺談高鐵地下正線區(qū)間給排水管道支架設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算

【摘要】:建筑室內(nèi)給排水管道支架設(shè)計(jì)施工,普遍直接套用國(guó)標(biāo)圖集而鮮有專門(mén)的驗(yàn)算分析。但高鐵地下正線區(qū)間由于隧道內(nèi)列車運(yùn)行速度快,隧道具有風(fēng)荷載大、不易檢修、事故危險(xiǎn)性高等特點(diǎn),在側(cè)壁后錨固安裝的給排水管道支架需進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)驗(yàn)算,以保障結(jié)構(gòu)安全。從工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例出發(fā),在考慮列車風(fēng)荷載影響下,采用受力分析和數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法,對(duì)在正線區(qū)間兩側(cè)水平安裝的給排水管道支架及錨栓的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算,并提出提高管道支架結(jié)構(gòu)安全的建議。
[Abstract]:In the design and construction of indoor water supply and drainage pipe support, the national standard atlas is generally applied directly without special calculation and analysis. However, due to the high speed of train running in the underground main line of high-speed railway, the tunnel has the characteristics of large wind load, difficult to examine and repair, and high risk of accident, it is necessary to carry out special checking calculation for the water supply and drainage pipeline support installed after Anchorage on the side wall. To ensure structural safety. Based on the engineering design example and considering the influence of the train wind load, the strength of the water supply and drainage pipe support and the anchor bolt installed horizontally on both sides of the main line section is calculated by using the method of force analysis and numerical calculation. The suggestion of improving the safety of pipe support structure is put forward.
