“一帶一路”倡議下的國際通道中轉(zhuǎn)樞紐設(shè)計(jì)模型和算法

【摘要】:為提高中歐班列運(yùn)營效率,依據(jù)"一帶一路"倡議下的中歐班列發(fā)展規(guī)劃,以西部通道貨源吸引區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯糠秶?以貨源城市與目的地之間貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)目偝杀、時(shí)間和溫室氣體排放量最小化為目標(biāo),基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念構(gòu)建了可持續(xù)聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐配置模型。其中溫室氣體排放量由車輛在路徑上和樞紐上消耗的溫室氣體排放量構(gòu)成。根據(jù)貨源城市到目的地的貨運(yùn)量、公路貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、鐵路貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等參數(shù),進(jìn)行了聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐選址和運(yùn)輸方式選擇的決策。進(jìn)一步采用改進(jìn)多目標(biāo)模擬退火算法進(jìn)行了模型求解,并驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。結(jié)果表明:在決策者選擇偏好不同的情況下,多目標(biāo)聯(lián)運(yùn)樞紐配置模型的解具有多樣性;在不同目標(biāo)權(quán)重選擇下,改進(jìn)的模擬退火算法能夠搜索到模型的滿意解,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)國際運(yùn)輸優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the operational efficiency of China-EU class train, according to the development plan of "Belt and Road" under the initiative of "Belt and Road", taking the area of attracting goods from the western corridor as the research scope, the total cost of goods transportation between the source city and the destination is taken as the research scope. Based on the concept of sustainable development, a sustainable intermodal transport hub configuration model is constructed for minimization of time and greenhouse gas emissions. The greenhouse gas emissions are composed of the greenhouse gas emissions consumed by the vehicle on the path and the hub. According to the freight volume from the source city to the destination, the road freight network, the railway freight network and other parameters, the decision of the location of the combined transport hub and the choice of the transportation mode are made. The improved multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model, and the validity of the algorithm is verified. The results show that the solution of the multi-objective hub configuration model is diverse when the decision makers' preferences are different, and the improved simulated annealing algorithm can search the satisfactory solution of the model under different target weights. Thus, the optimization of international transportation is realized.
