長株潭道路—民航旅客聯(lián)運網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計模型研究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟體制的確立,民航運輸業(yè)無論是在規(guī)模還是技術(shù)方面都有了新的突破,呈現(xiàn)強勢發(fā)展的勁頭。一方面,空中運輸能力的極大增強,使得機場的吞吐量驟增;航行速度的不斷提高,縮短了空中飛行時間。另一方面,機場的特性要求其離中心城區(qū)遠,旅客來往機場和市區(qū)的出行時間不斷增加,服務(wù)水平低下等問題也逐步顯現(xiàn),漸已成為民航運輸業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文對道路—民航客運銜接網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行研究。首先,分析機場未來的發(fā)展方向,提出了旅客聯(lián)運的必要性。然后,探討地面交通與機場接駁現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,介紹旅客聯(lián)運幾種可能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài),包括點對點和軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),再進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)的經(jīng)濟性分析。通過調(diào)查民航乘客的接駁意向和個人社會經(jīng)濟特性、出行特征及服務(wù)屬性,采用時間序列法和彈性系數(shù)法對特征年機場客運量進行預(yù)測,進而得到銜接客運量及客流發(fā)生點。對運輸通道的幾種節(jié)點選擇方法進行比較,確立道路—民航接駁站點的選取原則,通過節(jié)點重要度法對接駁班線的節(jié)點進行選擇,最后得到備選節(jié)點的集合。以社會總成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),下層采用基于Logit的隨機均衡交通分配模型,構(gòu)建一個雙層規(guī)劃模型。最后利用遺傳算法進行求解,得出線路、站點布局及各條線路發(fā)車頻率。目前,國內(nèi)旅客聯(lián)運施行較多,但相關(guān)的理論研究較少。機場與道路客運的有效銜接,不僅提升了機場的可達性和對腹地城市的吸引力,而且為道路客運企業(yè)增加了新的業(yè)務(wù)和利潤空間。因此,本文的研究具有一定的理論價值和社會實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of China's market economy system, the civil aviation transportation industry has new breakthroughs in both scale and technology, showing strong momentum. On the one hand, the increase in air transport capacity greatly increases the throughput of the airport, increases the speed of navigation and shortens the flight time. On the other hand, the special airport is special. It requires that it is far from the central city, the travel time of passengers to the airport and the urban area is increasing and the service level is low, and the bottleneck of the further development of civil aviation transportation is gradually becoming a bottleneck. This paper studies the road civil aviation passenger transport network. Firstly, the future development direction of the airport is analyzed, and the passenger joint transportation is put forward. Then, it discusses the current situation and existing problems of ground transportation and airport connection, and introduces several possible network forms of passenger joint transportation, including point to point and hub and spoke network structure, and then analyze the economic analysis of network. By investigating the connection intention and personal socioeconomic characteristics of civil aviation passengers, travel characteristics and service attributes, The time series method and the elastic coefficient method are used to predict the passenger traffic volume of the characteristic annual airport, and then the connection passenger traffic volume and the passenger flow point are obtained. Several node selection methods of the transportation channel are compared, and the selection principle of the road civil aviation connection station is established, and the node of the connection line is selected by the node importance method, and the final preparation is obtained. Select the set of nodes. Take the minimum social cost as the objective function, the lower layer adopts the Logit based stochastic equilibrium traffic assignment model, and constructs a double layer programming model. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The line, the site layout and the frequency of the transmission of each line are obtained. At present, the domestic passenger transport is carried out more, but the related theoretical research is carried out. Less. The effective connection between the airport and the road passenger transport not only improves the accessibility of the airport and the attraction to the hinterland, but also increases the new business and profit space for the road passenger enterprises.
