【摘要】：城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一種典型的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò),級聯(lián)失效是城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個(gè)重要特性。車輛保有量的快速增長、路網(wǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越來越大、破壞程度也越來越嚴(yán)重,級聯(lián)失效的控制和應(yīng)急處理也越來越重要。本文將圍繞城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效應(yīng)怎樣預(yù)防、級聯(lián)失效發(fā)生后應(yīng)怎么辦兩個(gè)問題展開研究。主要研究工作包括:1、預(yù)防城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效策略為了防止路網(wǎng)發(fā)生大規(guī)模堵塞,預(yù)防或減弱級聯(lián)失效影響,本文提出一種增加路段阻抗的級聯(lián)失效預(yù)防策略,并構(gòu)建了阻抗增加路段和阻抗增加值的優(yōu)化模型,設(shè)計(jì)了計(jì)算流程。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,對比不同飽和度大小的路段阻抗增加策略,飽和度最大的失效路段阻抗增加能最有效地預(yù)防和減弱城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效作用,并且阻抗系數(shù)取值最小。2、城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效后的修復(fù)策略級聯(lián)失效發(fā)生后,應(yīng)制定交通疏導(dǎo)策略,有效疏散交通,本文基于修復(fù)效果構(gòu)建了一種修復(fù)方法。首先建立節(jié)點(diǎn)失效、節(jié)點(diǎn)修復(fù)效果的評價(jià)指標(biāo);然后依據(jù)失效節(jié)點(diǎn)修復(fù)效果后路網(wǎng)阻塞程度指標(biāo)對節(jié)點(diǎn)重要度進(jìn)行排序,并根據(jù)此排序順序修復(fù)失效節(jié)點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,與節(jié)點(diǎn)的隨機(jī)修復(fù)策略、基于節(jié)點(diǎn)度的節(jié)點(diǎn)修復(fù)策略相比,本文方法更能有效地疏散交通。本文針對城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)級聯(lián)失效預(yù)防及修復(fù)的研究,將有力地促進(jìn)道路交通管理技術(shù)、交通復(fù)雜理論和方法的發(fā)展,研究成果具有重要的理論意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Urban road traffic network is a typical complex network. Cascade failure is an important characteristic of urban road traffic network. With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership and the continuous expansion of road network scale, the risk of cascade failure of urban road traffic network is increasing, and the degree of damage is becoming more and more serious, and the control of cascade failure and emergency treatment are becoming more and more important. This paper focuses on how to prevent cascade failure of urban road traffic network and what to do after cascade failure occurs. The main research work includes: 1, preventing cascade failure strategy of urban road traffic network. In order to prevent large-scale congestion of road network and prevent or weaken cascade failure effect, this paper proposes a cascade failure prevention strategy to increase road impedance. The optimization model of impedance increasing section and impedance added value is constructed, and the calculation flow is designed. The experimental results show that the maximum saturation section impedance increase can effectively prevent and weaken the cascade failure of urban road traffic network, compared with the increase strategy of road impedance with different saturation. And the impedance coefficient is the smallest. 2. After the cascade failure of urban road traffic network, the repair strategy should be formulated to effectively evacuate the traffic. In this paper, a repair method based on the repair effect is constructed. First, the evaluation index of node failure and node repair effect is established, and then the importance of node is sorted according to the road network blocking degree index after the failure node repair effect, and the failure node is repaired according to this sort order. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than the random node repair strategy and the node repair strategy based on node degree. In this paper, the study of cascade failure prevention and repair of urban road traffic network will promote the development of road traffic management technology, traffic complex theory and methods. The research results have important theoretical significance and broad application prospects.
