【摘要】：本課題的研究是建立在交通組成調(diào)查、路面病害分析和軸載譜分析基礎(chǔ)上的,在獲得大量跟蹤檢測數(shù)據(jù)的情況下,深入分析了影響單基層路面段大修的各種因素,借助專家經(jīng)驗并通過ANSYS軟件進行了力學分析,研究得出了符合唐港高速公路單基層路面段的大修結(jié)構(gòu)形式。通過對唐港高速單基層路面段的病害特征進行調(diào)查,獲得大量的跟蹤檢測資料,并對唐港高速公路交通組成及軸載譜進行分析,為唐港高速公路單基層路面段大修提供理論依據(jù)。根據(jù)對河北省唐港高速公路病害機理進行分析,并建立系統(tǒng)科學評價指標系統(tǒng),進行使用狀況等級劃分,推薦唐港高速大修試驗路方案。通過研究唐港高速公路單基層路面段既有路表彎沉與當量模量的關(guān)系,提出確定路面結(jié)構(gòu)破壞程度與層位的科學方法。針對路面等級的不同,提出與之相適應(yīng)的試驗路大修方案,并建立相應(yīng)的ANSYS分析模型,進行理論力學分析,結(jié)合專家經(jīng)驗制定出唐港高速公路三種試驗路大修推薦結(jié)構(gòu)方案。
[Abstract]:The research of this subject is based on traffic composition investigation, pavement disease analysis and axle load spectrum analysis. Under the condition of obtaining a large number of tracking and detecting data, the factors that affect the overhaul of single base pavement section are deeply analyzed. With the help of expert experience and mechanical analysis by ANSYS software, the overhauling structural form of single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway is obtained. Through the investigation of the disease characteristics of the single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway, a large amount of tracking and detecting data are obtained, and the traffic composition and axle load spectrum of the Tanggang Expressway are analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for overhaul of single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway. Based on the analysis of the disease mechanism of Tanggang Expressway in Hebei Province, a systematic and scientific evaluation index system is established, the grade of use is divided, and the experimental road scheme of Tanggang Expressway overhaul is recommended. Based on the study of the relationship between the deflection of the existing pavement surface and the equivalent modulus of the single base pavement section of Tanggang Expressway, a scientific method for determining the damage degree and the stratum of the pavement structure is put forward. Aiming at the difference of pavement grade, this paper puts forward the plan of test road overhaul corresponding to it, establishes the corresponding ANSYS analysis model, carries out theoretical mechanics analysis, and formulates the recommended structure scheme of three kinds of test road overhaul for Tanggang Expressway combined with the experience of experts.
