近接隧道交叉段圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代隧道交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的隧道交叉現(xiàn)象開始出現(xiàn),施工難度也逐漸增大,尤其是在地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、兩近接隧道交叉的地段,為確保圍巖安全穩(wěn)定,支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方案往往偏于保守,造成浪費(fèi)的同時(shí)增加了施工質(zhì)量和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如何確定復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下快速鐵路近接隧道交叉段圍巖應(yīng)力應(yīng)變規(guī)律,減少圍巖失穩(wěn)破壞,定量確定相關(guān)因素對(duì)交叉隧道圍巖穩(wěn)定性的影響是快速鐵路近接隧道交叉段施工中要研究和解決的重點(diǎn)工作。本文依托新建鐵路前陽(yáng)至莊河DT2標(biāo)段草莓溝2“隧道下穿盤道嶺公路隧道,通過(guò)應(yīng)用Hoek-Brown強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則、Mohr-Coulomb屈服準(zhǔn)則、路基沉降控制理論,經(jīng)理論推導(dǎo),得到了在上下隧道小凈距影響下的塑性區(qū)范圍及其相應(yīng)解析解;通過(guò)對(duì)圍巖變形和應(yīng)力以及圍巖穩(wěn)定性相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算、模擬、分析,對(duì)交叉隧道圍巖的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。采用理論研究、數(shù)值模擬、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)綜合研究法,從三個(gè)階段展開研究,以工程地質(zhì)資料結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況勘查入手,確定隧道數(shù)值模擬參數(shù),進(jìn)而進(jìn)行隧道支護(hù)和無(wú)支護(hù)情況下的隧道圍巖變形的計(jì)算。將監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)歸納整理得到交叉隧道圍巖變形規(guī)律,同時(shí)與數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)照。為近接隧道交叉段圍巖穩(wěn)定性研究拓寬了思路,同時(shí)為今后同類工程應(yīng)用提供了有益的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern tunnel traffic, more and more tunnel crossing phenomena appear and the construction difficulty increases gradually, especially in the area where the geological conditions are complex and the two adjacent tunnels cross, in order to ensure the safety and stability of surrounding rock. The support design scheme is often conservative, which causes waste and increases the construction quality and safety risk. How to determine the stress and strain law of the surrounding rock in the cross section of the fast railway near the tunnel under complex geological conditions, and reduce the failure of the surrounding rock instability. Quantificationally determining the influence of relevant factors on the stability of surrounding rock of cross tunnel is the key work to be studied and solved in the construction of fast railway near tunnel crossing section. This paper relies on the new railway from Qianyang to Zhuanghe DT2 section of the Zhuangou 2 "tunnel under the Pandaoling Highway Tunnel, through the application of Hoek-Brown strength criterion Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, subgrade settlement control theory, through theoretical derivation. The range of plastic zone and its corresponding analytical solution under the influence of small net distance between upper and lower tunnels are obtained, and the parameters related to the deformation and stress of surrounding rock as well as the stability of surrounding rock are calculated, simulated and analyzed. The stability of cross tunnel surrounding rock is evaluated. Using the methods of theoretical research, numerical simulation and field monitoring, the paper starts with three stages, starting with engineering geological data and site investigation, determines the parameters of tunnel numerical simulation. Then, the deformation of surrounding rock of tunnel is calculated under the condition of tunnel support and no support. The deformation law of cross tunnel surrounding rock was obtained by summarizing the monitoring data, and the results were compared with the results of numerical simulation. It also provides a useful reference for the application of similar projects in the future.
