三維彈性拉索風(fēng)雨振研究

【摘要】:斜拉橋造型優(yōu)美,經(jīng)濟適用,是大跨度橋梁首選橋型。拉索是斜拉橋最為重要的受力構(gòu)件,因其具有較小的質(zhì)量和阻尼,在風(fēng),雨及橋面等共同作用下極易激發(fā)振動,產(chǎn)生如尾流馳振,風(fēng)雨激振,參數(shù)共振,渦激共振等。鑒于振動可能引起的拉索疲勞破壞及影響橋梁運營安全等問題,拉索振動機理及抑振措施研究已逐漸成為一個具有重要意義的課題。本文歸納斜拉索風(fēng)雨振理論,開展了三維彈性拉索的風(fēng)洞試驗,并提出了基于三維彈性節(jié)段模型的計算方法,給出了拉索運動方程,靜力構(gòu)型,雨線方程及氣動力方程。利用CFD技術(shù),對附加人工雨線拉索的氣動力系數(shù)進(jìn)行計算,得出不同風(fēng)向角及不同雨線初始位置下拉索氣動力系數(shù)。通過高次多項式擬合出關(guān)于氣動力系數(shù)與初始位置角度的函數(shù),得到氣動力半經(jīng)驗公式。采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS建立模型,對斜拉索進(jìn)行風(fēng)雨激勵下的時程分析,分別計算出不同風(fēng)速,雨線初始振幅,雨線初始位置及風(fēng)向角等影響下拉索響應(yīng)情況。定義了最佳阻尼比,通過反饋機制得出拉索在風(fēng)雨激勵下的最佳阻尼比。對相同激勵作用下的同一拉索進(jìn)行風(fēng)洞試驗,對比同工況下試驗結(jié)果與計算結(jié)果的差異,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge is the most important bridge type for long-span bridges. The cable is the most important member of the long-span bridge. Because of its small mass and damping, the cable is very easy to excite vibration under the common action of wind, rain and bridge. It produces such as tail flow, wind and rain vibration, parameter resonance, vortex excited resonance, etc. The study of cable vibration mechanism and vibration suppression measures has gradually become an important topic. This paper summarizes the theory of wind and rain vibration of cable cable, carries out the wind tunnel test of three-dimensional elastic cable, and puts forward a calculation method based on the three-dimensional elastic segment model, and gives the cable movement. Equation, static configuration, rain line equation and aerodynamic equation. By using CFD technology, the aerodynamic coefficients of additional artificial rain line cables are calculated, and the aerodynamic coefficients of the cable are obtained at different wind direction angles and different rain lines in the initial position. The model is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The time history analysis of the cable under wind and rain is established. The response of the cables under the influence of different wind speed, the initial amplitude of rain line, the initial position of the rain line and the angle of the wind direction are calculated respectively. The optimum damping ratio is defined. The optimum damping ratio is defined, and the optimum of the cable under the wind and rain excitation is obtained. The wind tunnel test of the same cable under the same excitation is carried out. The difference between the test results and the calculation results under the same working conditions is compared, and the relevant conclusions are drawn.
