路用集料加工設(shè)備選型及加工工藝研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面以其行車舒適、噪聲低、維修養(yǎng)護方便等優(yōu)點而被廣泛應(yīng)用,已成為我國高速公路和重交通道路主要的路面結(jié)構(gòu)類型。在我國已建成的高等級公路中,瀝青混凝土路面約占80%以上。集料作為瀝青路面混合料的重要組成部分,其質(zhì)量的好壞將直接影響瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量,進而影響路面的質(zhì)量和使用性能。目前,我國路面工程建設(shè)中的集料大多數(shù)來自社會料場,各料場質(zhì)量、規(guī)格參差不齊,主要表現(xiàn)在料源控制不嚴格、材料不潔凈、粉塵多、針片狀含量超標、級配不規(guī)格等。因此,為了提高瀝青路面的修筑質(zhì)量,應(yīng)采取有效措施控制集料料源宕口的選擇和規(guī)范集料加工技術(shù),尤其是對瀝青路面碎石加工時的工藝選擇和加工機械的選型。為了研究瀝青路面集料加工工藝和設(shè)備選型,首先從甘肅省的部分碎石加工廠調(diào)研入手,收集當今使用的集料加工設(shè)備和加工工藝,并對其巖石資源進行整理。其次通過對各類加工設(shè)備加工特點的研究和加工參數(shù)的調(diào)整,改善集料加工生產(chǎn)效率,提高資源利用率。最后通過對加工的集料各項性能指標的研究,提出集料加工優(yōu)選的加工工藝和集料質(zhì)量檢驗指標和頻率,以便為后期集料生產(chǎn)提供參考。研究表明,在集料生產(chǎn)時應(yīng)注重對巖石的物理性能進行分析,并對加工機械的加工特點進行對比,本文提出的集料加工生產(chǎn)線可以提高集料生產(chǎn)效率和質(zhì)量合格率,從而對瀝青混合料質(zhì)量起到提高作用,進而提高瀝青路面的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is widely used for its advantages of comfortable driving, low noise, convenient maintenance and maintenance. It has become the main pavement structure type of highway and heavy traffic road in China. Asphalt concrete pavement accounts for more than 80% of the high-grade highways built in China. Aggregate as an important part of asphalt pavement mixture, its quality will directly affect the quality of asphalt mixture, and then affect the pavement quality and performance. At present, most of the aggregates in pavement engineering construction in our country come from the social material yard, the quality and specification of each material yard are not uniform, mainly in the following aspects: the material source control is not strict, the material is unclean, the dust is much, the needle sheet content exceeds the standard, the gradation is not standard and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement, effective measures should be taken to control the selection of aggregate source and to standardize aggregate processing technology, especially for the selection of asphalt pavement macadam process and the selection of processing machinery. In order to study the processing technology and equipment selection of asphalt pavement aggregate, starting with the investigation of some crushed stone processing plants in Gansu Province, this paper collects the aggregate processing equipment and processing technology used today, and collates its rock resources. Secondly, through the study of processing characteristics of various processing equipment and the adjustment of processing parameters, the production efficiency of aggregate processing and the utilization ratio of resources are improved. Finally, through the study of the various performance indexes of the aggregate processed, the processing technology, the quality inspection index and the frequency of aggregate quality are put forward in order to provide a reference for the later aggregate production. The research shows that the physical properties of rock should be analyzed in aggregate production, and the processing characteristics of machining machinery should be compared. The aggregate processing line proposed in this paper can improve the production efficiency and the qualified rate of aggregate quality. Therefore, it can improve the quality of asphalt mixture and then improve the quality of asphalt pavement.
