非對稱外傾式鋼拱橋原位拼裝施工定位技術(shù)

【摘要】:外傾式箱型拱肋的定位,采用控制點的絕對誤差為準則,往往會隱藏定位節(jié)段的偏轉(zhuǎn)誤差,影響安裝節(jié)段與整體的控制精度。以總跨徑231 m的外傾式非對稱吊桿拱橋為研究對象,建立有限元分析模型,分析非對稱外傾式橋梁鋼拱肋、鋼箱梁的安裝控制過程,提出采用軸線和偏角雙控的定位方法,可靠地控制外傾式拱肋、非對稱受力的箱梁節(jié)段的安裝與施工精度。通過該方法在建工程外傾式拱肋節(jié)段的空間定位過程中的應(yīng)用,驗證了方法的實用性,可靠地減小拱肋、箱梁在安裝過程中的施工誤差,為外傾式拱橋等類似工程的拼裝施工提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:When the absolute error of the control point is used as the criterion, the deflection error of the positioning section is often hidden, which affects the control accuracy of the installation segment and the whole. Taking the external tilted asymmetric suspension arch bridge with total span of 231 m as the research object, the finite element analysis model is established, and the installation control process of the steel arch rib and steel box girder of the asymmetric external tilting bridge is analyzed. The positioning method of double control of axis and deflection angle is put forward. The installation and construction accuracy of the section of the box girder subjected to asymmetrical force is controlled reliably. Through the application of this method in the spatial positioning process of the extraversion arch rib section of the construction project, the practicability of the method is verified, and the construction error of the arch rib and the box girder in the installation process is reduced reliably. It can be used for reference in assembling construction of similar projects such as extroverted arch bridges.
