混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)和斜拉橋損傷敏感性分析

【摘要】:進入新世紀以來,中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)發(fā)展迅速,橋梁事業(yè)也發(fā)展到一個全新的階段。斜拉橋由于其經(jīng)濟性好,結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理且跨越能力大,成為大跨橋梁中的主流橋型;預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋也以其造型優(yōu)美、跨越能力大和經(jīng)濟性好等優(yōu)點,成為中等跨徑的橋梁中的有力競爭者。但是經(jīng)濟刺激下的快速發(fā)展,使得現(xiàn)有橋梁存在著許多損傷與病害,且日益嚴重,從而導(dǎo)致橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性、承載能力降低,橋梁的運營狀況滿足不了其正常使用階段的需求。如何及早地發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷已成為橋梁界面臨的重要課題,結(jié)構(gòu)的健康監(jiān)測損傷識別也成為了當下的研究熱點。本文選取一座混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋和一座混凝土斜拉橋,在混凝土橋梁病害調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,探討結(jié)構(gòu)易于發(fā)生損傷的部位以及模擬損傷發(fā)生之后對結(jié)構(gòu)靜力與動力特性的影響。通過分析損傷識別過程中各個指標對于損傷位置和程度的敏感性,給出不同指標的識別能力,為結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷識別提供一些參考。通過文獻收集對混凝土橋梁進行病害總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)對于混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋,主梁開裂和跨中累計下?lián)线^大是常見病害,尤其以主跨跨中、四分點以為支點截面附近位置更加突出;對于混凝土斜拉橋,斜拉索病害普遍突出,其次為塔根截面和拉索錨固區(qū)域;炷吝B續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋和斜拉橋主梁敏感性分析實例部分,結(jié)合病害調(diào)查通過折減單元剛度模擬正常使用階段主梁主跨跨中、四分點等不同位置出現(xiàn)不同程度的損傷,分析結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識別中的各種動力指標對損傷的敏感程度。結(jié)果表明,各個指標的敏感程度不同,基于模態(tài)曲率和柔度矩陣的指標對于損傷位置更加敏感;炷列崩瓨蚶髅舾行苑治霾糠,通過折減拉索面積和張拉力模擬拉索出現(xiàn)不同程度損傷,分析損傷對于主梁撓度、拉索索力和結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)頻率的影響。結(jié)果表明,個別拉索損傷對結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)頻率影響很小;拉索損傷后,對應(yīng)主梁位置會出現(xiàn)下?lián)?并且長索對撓度的影響更大;拉索損傷會引起鄰近拉索索力增大,且這種影響是局部的。本文通過敏感性實例分析,考察不同指標對于損傷的敏感程度,對于主梁出現(xiàn)損傷,基于模態(tài)曲率和柔度矩陣的指標更加敏感;對于個別拉索出現(xiàn)損傷,結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力指標更加敏感,對結(jié)構(gòu)動力特性影響不明顯。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, China's infrastructure construction has developed rapidly and Bridge undertakings have developed to a new stage. The cable-stayed bridge has become the mainstream bridge type in large span bridges because of its good economy, reasonable structure and great spanning ability. The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge also has beautiful shape, great spanning ability and good economy. It has become a strong competitor in the medium span bridge. However, the rapid development of economic stimulation makes the existing bridge many damage and disease, and it is increasingly serious, which leads to the durability of the bridge structure, the reduction of bearing capacity, and the operation condition of the bridge is not satisfied with the demand of its normal use stage. The damage of structure has become an important subject in the bridge circle, and the identification of structural health monitoring damage has become a hot spot of research. A concrete continuous rigid frame bridge and a concrete cable-stayed bridge are selected in this paper. On the basis of the investigation of the disease of concrete bridges, the location of the structure easily damaged and the occurrence of the simulated damage are discussed. After analyzing the influence of the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure, by analyzing the sensitivity of each index to the location and degree of damage in the process of damage identification, the recognition ability of different indexes is given to provide some reference for the damage identification of the structure. The cracking of the main beam and the cumulative oversize in the span are common diseases, especially in the middle span of the main span, and the four point is more prominent near the pivot section. For the concrete cable-stayed bridge, the diseases of the cable are generally prominent, followed by the section of the tower root and the cable anchorage area. The results show that the sensitivity of various dynamic indexes in structural damage identification is different, and the sensitivity of each index is different, based on the index of modal curvature and flexibility matrix. It is more sensitive to the damage position. The damage to the cable tension, cable force and structural modal frequency of the main beam is analyzed by the damage of the cable area and the Zhang Lali simulated cable. The results show that the damage to the structural modal frequency is very small; the cable damage is damaged. After that, the deflection of the main beam will appear, and the long cable has more influence on the deflection, and the cable damage will cause the increase of the cable force of the adjacent cable, and this effect is partial. In this paper, the sensitivity of different indexes to the damage, the damage to the main beam and the index based on the modal curvature and the flexibility matrix are analyzed in this paper. For the damage of individual cables, the static index of the structure is more sensitive, and the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure is not obvious.
