軟土地層盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面隆起分析

【摘要】:目前已有盾尾注漿壓力引起地面隆起的研究均假定盾尾注漿壓力均勻分布,這與實際工程中盾尾注漿壓力上小下大的形式不符。為更準確預(yù)測盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面變形,在現(xiàn)有均勻注漿壓力引起地面隆起分析的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮軟土地層盾構(gòu)隧道施工中盾尾注漿壓力上小下大的分布形式,將盾尾注漿對地層的壓力效應(yīng)視為半無限土體中柱形孔的擴張過程,利用鏡像法和Mindlin解,推導(dǎo)出軟土地層盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面隆起計算公式,并通過工程實例,將本文解答、葉飛解答、林存剛經(jīng)驗公式解答、Vesic解答與數(shù)值解進行對比分析。結(jié)果表明:盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面隆起橫向曲線總體上呈高斯分布。在預(yù)測軟土地層地面沉降時,忽視盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面隆起是不合理的;用推導(dǎo)出的公式計算上小下大分布形式下盾尾注漿壓力引起的地面沉降是可行的,Vesic公式和林存剛經(jīng)驗公式在應(yīng)用時需要根據(jù)具體工程進行相應(yīng)修正。
[Abstract]:At present, the tail shield grouting pressure caused by the study of ground uplift are assumed to shield tail grouting pressure distribution, and the practical engineering of shield tail grouting pressure on the lower form does not match. For more accurate prediction of deformation of shield tail grouting pressure caused by the ground, causing the existing uniform grouting pressure based on the analysis of the ground uplift. Consider the distribution form of construction of shield tunnel in soft soil shield tail grouting pressure on the lower, the effect of pressure grouting at the tail of formation as a process of expansion of cylindrical cavity in semi infinite space, using image method and Mindlin solution, calculation formula of ground caused by uplift of soft soil shield tail grouting pressure is derived and, through the project example, this solution will answer, Ye Fei, the Lin Cungang formula solution, solution Vesic solution and numerical comparative analysis. The results show that the surface uplift horizontal tail shield grouting pressure caused by the curve to the total The body is Gauss distribution. In the prediction of soft soil ground subsidence, ignoring the shield tail grouting pressure caused by ground uplift is not reasonable; the settlement caused by the shield tail grouting pressure under the ground with the deduced on the lower distribution form is feasible, Vesic formula and Lin Cungang formula needs to be modified according to the specific engineering applications.
