基于動態(tài)路徑規(guī)劃的城市醫(yī)療廢棄物回收研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,醫(yī)療事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,人民健康狀況日益改善。城市醫(yī)療事業(yè)大力發(fā)展的同時,農(nóng)村衛(wèi)生工作穩(wěn)步推進,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務功能不斷完善,疾病預防控制工作效果顯著,衛(wèi)生應急與監(jiān)督能力不斷提高,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務水平也得到了大幅度的提升。然而,伴隨著醫(yī)療建設的大幅提高,醫(yī)療廢棄物的回收管理問題最為重要與棘手。其中,運輸環(huán)節(jié)的重要性更是不容小覷。本文進行了基于動態(tài)路徑規(guī)劃的城市醫(yī)療廢棄物回收研究,相關研究內(nèi)容和研究成果如下:首先,探討了研究醫(yī)療廢棄物運輸動態(tài)路徑的背景和意義,分析了城市醫(yī)療廢棄物及其回收的內(nèi)涵,在大量的國內(nèi)外研究成果綜述的基礎上,將目前醫(yī)療廢棄物的管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題鎖定在運輸路徑的動態(tài)選擇上,在交通流預測的理論框架下,對城市醫(yī)療廢棄物運輸路徑選擇問題進行了現(xiàn)狀分析,強調(diào)研究城市醫(yī)療廢棄物運輸路徑選擇問題的必要性。其次,界定了本文研究的動態(tài)路徑選擇問題;提出了城市醫(yī)療廢棄物運輸動態(tài)路徑的概念性模型,旨在從宏觀角度理清研究問題的方向;定義了道路擁擠程度比率,并建立醫(yī)療廢棄物動態(tài)路徑選擇的數(shù)學模型。再次,設計了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡算法來對醫(yī)療廢棄物運輸?shù)缆返慕煌鬟M行預測,并且針對標準BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型存在的3個缺點對模型進行了改進;設計了蟻群算法,通過道路擁擠程度比率的參數(shù)設定,將速度轉(zhuǎn)化為路程,進行最短路的確定。最后,以大連市沙河口區(qū)的醫(yī)療廢棄物回收網(wǎng)絡為例,對文章提出的模型進行實例驗證,并對實驗結果進行分析。利用Matlab進行編程,得到了考慮交通擁堵狀況和未考慮交通擁堵狀況的路徑選擇結果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, medical service is developing rapidly, and people's health condition is improving day by day.With the rapid development of urban medical services, the rural health work has been advancing steadily, the function of community health services has been continuously improved, the effect of disease prevention and control has been remarkable, and the ability of health emergency response and supervision has been continuously improved.The level of medical and health services has also been greatly improved.However, with the substantial improvement of medical construction, the management of medical waste recycling is the most important and thorny.Among them, the importance of the transport link is not to be underestimated.In this paper, the urban medical waste recovery based on dynamic path planning is studied. The related research contents and research results are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research on the dynamic path of medical waste transportation are discussed.The connotation of urban medical waste and its recovery is analyzed. On the basis of a large number of domestic and international research results, the current management status and existing problems of medical waste are locked in the dynamic choice of transportation route.Based on the theoretical framework of traffic flow prediction, this paper analyzes the current situation of urban medical waste transportation route selection, and emphasizes the necessity of studying the problem of urban medical waste transportation path selection.Secondly, the paper defines the dynamic path selection problem studied in this paper, puts forward a conceptual model of the dynamic path of urban medical waste transportation, aims to clarify the direction of the research from a macro perspective, defines the ratio of road congestion,A mathematical model of dynamic path selection for medical waste was established.Thirdly, the BP neural network algorithm is designed to predict the traffic flow of the medical waste transportation road, and the model is improved for the three shortcomings of the standard BP neural network model, and the ant colony algorithm is designed.By setting the parameters of the road congestion ratio, the speed is transformed into the distance, and the shortest path is determined.Finally, taking the medical waste recovery network of Shahekou District of Dalian as an example, the model proposed in this paper is verified by an example, and the experimental results are analyzed.The results of path selection considering traffic congestion and not taking traffic congestion into account are obtained by programming with Matlab.
