【摘要】：基于"汽車共享"的理念,提出了一種適合城市內(nèi)部短時(shí)雙向出行的交通方式——自助式公共出租車。通過自助式公共出租車乘車意向調(diào)查和需求分析,在灰色預(yù)測(cè)法預(yù)測(cè)出的總規(guī)模限制下,先基于供需平衡得到備選網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局方案,再綜合考慮社會(huì)總投資和各用戶利益,建立雙層規(guī)劃模型,用模擬退火算法得到網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化方案。最后,以長沙市為例進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,將運(yùn)算方案與其他方法計(jì)算出的方案進(jìn)行了比較。研究結(jié)果表明:模擬退火算法是一個(gè)有效的算法,雙層規(guī)劃模型可以很好的應(yīng)用到網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化。經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析得出網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局方案符合社會(huì)需求、滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the idea of "car sharing", this paper presents a kind of public taxi, self-service public taxi, which is suitable for short time and bidirectional travel in the city.Through the self-service public taxi fare intention survey and demand analysis, under the limit of the total scale predicted by the grey forecast method, the alternative network layout scheme is obtained based on the balance of supply and demand, and then the total social investment and the interests of the users are considered synthetically.A bilevel programming model is established, and the optimization scheme of dot layout is obtained by simulated annealing algorithm.Finally, taking Changsha City as an example, the calculation scheme is compared with that calculated by other methods.The results show that the simulated annealing algorithm is an effective algorithm and the bilevel programming model can be applied to the optimization of dot layout.The economic benefit analysis shows that the network layout scheme meets the social needs and meets the economic benefits.
