【摘要】:如何快速有效得對受損橋梁進行加固與維修,使其恢復使用能力是目前工程界較為關(guān)注的熱點之一。鋼板—混凝土組合加固是在鋼板上焊接栓釘、原結(jié)構(gòu)表面植筋,并向其澆注混凝土,使得原結(jié)構(gòu)與后加固部分形成整體共同受力的加固技術(shù)。本文設(shè)計了3組共7根鋼板—混凝土組合加固矩形梁,一方面在對原梁進行加固前先預(yù)壓一定的初始荷載,使得原梁存在損傷的同時保持該初始荷載施加的情況下進行組合加固,通過對比以研究二次受力作用下不同初始荷載對鋼板—混凝土組合加固矩形梁抗彎性能的影響。另一方面,為更好的解決片材加固中的剝離破壞問題,本試驗將在原梁進行鋼板—混凝土組合抗彎加固的基礎(chǔ)上,提出在其端部進行外包鋼板—混凝土組合加固,通過試驗驗證該方法的可行性以及其對剝離破壞的影響,更好得為實際工程加固中提供依據(jù)。試驗過程中,觀察試驗梁從加載到破壞的各階段現(xiàn)象,對其抗彎承載力、變形以及應(yīng)變結(jié)果進行了詳細的分析。揭示了鋼板—混凝土組合加固矩形梁的受力狀況與破壞機理;同時,對比理論計算值,驗證了組合加固的有效性。
[Abstract]:How to reinforce and maintain the damaged bridge quickly and effectively is one of the hotspots in the engineering field.Steel plate and concrete composite reinforcement is a kind of strengthening technology, which is welding bolt on steel plate, planting reinforcement on the surface of the original structure, and pouring concrete to it, which makes the original structure and the post-strengthened part form a common force together.In this paper, three groups of 7 steel plate concrete composite strengthened rectangular beams are designed. On the one hand, the initial load is preloaded before the original beam is strengthened.In order to study the effect of different initial loads on the flexural behavior of rectangular beams strengthened by steel plate and concrete, the damage of the original beam is maintained while the initial load is applied to the composite beam.On the other hand, in order to solve the problem of debonding and failure in the reinforcement of sheet metal better, this experiment will put forward the composite strengthening of steel plate and concrete at the end of the composite steel plate and concrete on the basis of the steel plate and concrete composite flexural strengthening of the original beam.The feasibility of the method and its influence on debonding failure are verified by experiments.In the course of the test, the phenomena of the test beam from loading to failure are observed, and the bending capacity, deformation and strain results of the test beam are analyzed in detail.The stress condition and failure mechanism of rectangular beams strengthened with steel plate and concrete are revealed, and the validity of composite reinforcement is verified by comparing the theoretical calculation values.
