【摘要】：針對公路隧道運(yùn)維管理對象眾多、信息分散異構(gòu)、時空特性復(fù)雜等導(dǎo)致管理決策困難的問題,從隧道全生命周期信息出發(fā),建立隧道可視化智能決策系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、可視化和智能化為設(shè)計原則,以隧道BIM運(yùn)維模型為基礎(chǔ),通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化編碼和信息映射表實現(xiàn)設(shè)計、施工和運(yùn)維的多源信息集成,由感知層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層、數(shù)據(jù)層、分析層和交互層組成,利用智能分析技術(shù)實現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)健康評估和病害追溯、設(shè)備異常發(fā)現(xiàn)和故障診斷、養(yǎng)護(hù)決策優(yōu)化等功能,通過三維圖形化引擎與用戶交互,幫助用戶快速掌握現(xiàn)場情況,獲取自動輔助決策結(jié)果,提高運(yùn)維工作效率和質(zhì)量。將該決策支持系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在上海大連路隧道工程中,可幫助隧道管理者更快速、清晰地了解隧道運(yùn)營狀況,提供運(yùn)營養(yǎng)護(hù)的輔助決策建議,取得了很好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problems of highway tunnel operation and maintenance management, such as numerous objects of operation and maintenance management, dispersed and heterogeneous information, complex space-time characteristics, and so on, a tunnel visualization intelligent decision system is established based on the whole life cycle information of tunnel.The system is designed on the basis of standardization, visualization and intelligence, and based on tunnel BIM operation and maintenance model. The system realizes the design, construction and operation of multi-source information integration through standardized coding and information mapping table, which consists of perceptual layer, network layer, data layer, and so on.The structure of analysis layer and interaction layer is composed of intelligent analysis technology to realize the functions of structural health assessment and disease tracing, equipment abnormal detection and fault diagnosis, maintenance decision optimization and so on, and interaction with users through 3D graphical engine.To help users quickly grasp the field situation, obtain automatic decision-making results, improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance.The application of the decision support system in Dalian Road Tunnel Project in Shanghai can help the tunnel manager to understand the tunnel operation condition more quickly and clearly, and to provide the auxiliary decision advice for operation and maintenance. The application effect is very good.
