基于iS3平臺的巖體隧道信息精細化采集、分析與服務

【摘要】:由于巖體工程的復雜性和隱蔽性,傳統(tǒng)的建模和分析方法難以滿足較高精度的要求。針對此問題,在基礎設施智慧服務系統(tǒng)(i S3)平臺框架內(nèi),將一系列巖體隧道工程中高精度采集與分析方法及技術(shù)進行了改進和高度集成,形成一套針對巖體隧道的精細化采集、分析與服務系統(tǒng),并應用于工程實踐。其中,在信息采集方面,采用三維數(shù)字照相與三維激光掃描技術(shù),對巖體表面及節(jié)理面的幾何信息進行高精度的采集與重構(gòu)。在此基礎上,自動化地生成巖體的數(shù)字模型,然后針對不同數(shù)值方法,使用三維網(wǎng)格剖分或塊體切割技術(shù),將數(shù)值分析所需要的數(shù)據(jù),集成到依據(jù)工程信息自動生成的數(shù)字模型中,實現(xiàn)巖體隧道的數(shù)字數(shù)值一體化。在數(shù)值分析方面,采用基于三維非線性破壞準則的有限元連續(xù)分析模塊,或者集成了三維關鍵塊體分析與非連續(xù)變形分析(DDA)的非連續(xù)分析模塊,可以針對不同的工程條件及需要,進行精細化的三維連續(xù)或非連續(xù)數(shù)值分析。將以上設備及軟件模塊,在i S3平臺上從集成為高度一體化的系統(tǒng),開發(fā)工程管理、信息展示、安全分析及輔助設計等功能,以精細化、定量化分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),實現(xiàn)精細化和遠程化的工程輔助決策與服務,并在多個巖體隧道工程中進行了應用。
[Abstract]:Because of the complexity of rock engineering and concealment, modeling and analysis methods of the traditional can not meet the high precision requirement. To solve this problem, the infrastructure intelligence service system (I S3) platform within the framework of a series of rock tunnel engineering in high precision acquisition and analysis method and technology are improved and the formation of a highly integrated. Among them, in the aspects of information collection, using three-dimensional digital photography and 3D laser scanning technology, acquisition and reconstruction of high precision geometric information on the surface and jointed rock surface. On this basis, automatic generation of digital model of rock mass then, according to the different numerical methods, using 3D mesh cutting technology or block, the numerical analysis of the data needed to automatically generate engineering information based on integrated digital In the model, numerical integration to achieve digital rock tunnel. In numerical analysis, based on three-dimensional finite element nonlinear failure criterion of continuous analysis module, or integrated 3D key block analysis and discontinuous deformation analysis (DDA) of the non continuous analysis module, can according to different engineering conditions and needs, or three-dimensional continuous numerical analysis of non continuous refinement. The equipment and software modules, the system is highly integrated into from the set in I S3 platform, the development of project management, information display, security analysis and computer-aided design and other functions, to fine, quantitative analysis based on the results, to achieve fine and remote engineering decision making and service, and used in a number of rock tunnel engineering.
