天津港W公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和企業(yè)體制的轉(zhuǎn)型,勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性面臨潛在挑戰(zhàn)。為維護(hù)企業(yè)基本生產(chǎn)工作有序開展,企業(yè)需要更加關(guān)注來(lái)源于各級(jí)管理者和一線員工的消息反饋,并及時(shí)排解不和諧因素。本文從勞動(dòng)關(guān)系定義、特性和類型分析入手,闡述了和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系管理模式的內(nèi)涵和原則,確定以AHP層次分析法和決策樹數(shù)據(jù)挖掘法研究天津港W公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性現(xiàn)狀。隨后,構(gòu)造專家咨詢和員工調(diào)研兩個(gè)分類樣本庫(kù),以員工認(rèn)知?dú)w納匯總和諧性影響因素,以專家咨詢法篩選評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并構(gòu)造判斷矩陣,經(jīng)一致性檢驗(yàn)確定權(quán)重后,構(gòu)建了天津港W公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。體系總評(píng)價(jià)得分為81.4分,W公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性良好。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合各單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)權(quán)重和評(píng)分結(jié)果,分析得出6個(gè)高權(quán)重指標(biāo)和4項(xiàng)低分指標(biāo),并歸納出心理咨詢保障、工會(huì)職能結(jié)構(gòu)和崗位晉升待遇3個(gè)關(guān)鍵影響因素。參考企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,選取員工調(diào)研樣本庫(kù)中的部分員工,進(jìn)行反饋調(diào)研,以CART算法構(gòu)建關(guān)鍵因素的決策樹并深入挖掘現(xiàn)存問題的本質(zhì)特點(diǎn)。最后,總結(jié)相應(yīng)分析結(jié)果,給出考慮工會(huì)職能調(diào)整、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、員工素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和心理健康保障四方面的提升W公司勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧性的相關(guān)建議和措施。希望本文能為國(guó)有企業(yè)和相關(guān)港口機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)建勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧提供實(shí)用性的評(píng)價(jià)體系和相關(guān)借鑒方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the transformation of enterprise system, the harmonious labor relationship is facing the potential challenge.In order to maintain the orderly development of basic production work, enterprises need to pay more attention to the feedback from managers at all levels and front-line staff, and resolve the disharmonious factors in time.Starting with the definition, characteristic and type analysis of labor relations, this paper expounds the connotation and principle of harmonious labor relations management mode, and determines the present situation of harmonious labor relations in Tianjin Port W Company by AHP analytic hierarchy process and decision tree data mining method.Then, two classification sample databases of expert consultation and employee investigation are constructed, and the influencing factors are summarized and summarized by employee cognition, and the evaluation index is screened by expert consultation method and the judgment matrix is constructed. After the consistency test, the weight is determined.Build Tianjin Port W company labor relations harmonious comprehensive evaluation system.The total evaluation score of the system is 81.4% and the labor relationship harmony of the company is good.On this basis, combined with the weight and scoring results of each single index, six high weight indexes and four low score indexes were obtained, and three key influencing factors, including psychological counseling, trade union function structure and post promotion treatment, were concluded.Referring to the actual situation of the enterprise, selected some employees in the employee survey sample database, carried on the feedback investigation, constructed the decision tree of the key factors by the CART algorithm, and deeply excavated the essential characteristic of the existing problems.Finally, this paper summarizes the corresponding analysis results, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and measures to promote the harmonious labor relations in W Company from the aspects of trade union function adjustment, enterprise culture construction, staff quality training and mental health protection.It is hoped that this paper can provide a practical evaluation system and relevant reference methods for the construction of harmonious labor relations between state-owned enterprises and relevant port institutions.
