基于黏彈性本構(gòu)的CFRP-鋼界面應(yīng)力參數(shù)敏感性分析

【摘要】:為研究膠粘劑的黏彈性本構(gòu)關(guān)系和粘貼CFRP加固鋼梁各設(shè)計參數(shù)變化對CFRP-鋼界面應(yīng)力的影響,以改進的Maxwell模型表征膠粘劑的黏彈性本構(gòu)關(guān)系。針對加固梁膠層以剪切變形為主的情況,對膠粘劑黏彈性本構(gòu)進行簡化分析,利用拉普拉斯變換和逆變換的數(shù)學方法,給出了改進的Maxwell模型各變量的求解方法,利用有限元軟件ABAQUS對典型的粘貼CFRP加固簡支鋼梁進行有限元分析。分析了界面應(yīng)力隨加載時間的變化規(guī)律,詳細地討論CFRP彈性模量變化、CFRP厚度變化、膠層厚度變化和CFRP端部到支座的距離變化對CFRP-鋼界面應(yīng)力的影響。依據(jù)敏感性分析的基本原理,從定量分析的角度研究界面應(yīng)力對各參數(shù)的敏感程度。結(jié)果表明:膠粘劑黏彈性會導致黏結(jié)界面發(fā)生應(yīng)力重分布,界面峰值剪應(yīng)力和峰值正應(yīng)力隨時間增加而減小;膠層越厚,CFRP越薄,CFRP彈模越小;CFRP離支座越近,黏結(jié)界面應(yīng)力越小;對CFRP端部界面剪應(yīng)力影響最大的參數(shù)為CFRP端部到支座的距離,其敏感度因子為1.359;對CFRP端部界面正應(yīng)力影響最大的參數(shù)為CFRP厚度,其敏感度因子為0.956。
[Abstract]:In order to study the viscoelastic constitutive relation of adhesive and the influence of different design parameters on the interface stress of CFRP- steel strengthened with CFRP, the modified Maxwell model was used to characterize the viscoelastic constitutive relationship of the adhesive.In view of the shear deformation of the rubber layer of the strengthened beam, the viscoelastic constitutive equation of the adhesive is simplified and analyzed. Using the mathematical method of Laplace transform and inverse transformation, the solution method of each variable of the improved Maxwell model is given.The finite element analysis of simply supported steel beams strengthened with CFRP is carried out by using finite element software ABAQUS.The variation of interfacial stress with loading time is analyzed, and the influence of the thickness of CFRP elastic modulus, the thickness of adhesive layer and the distance from end to support of CFRP on the interfacial stress of CFRP-steel is discussed in detail.According to the basic principle of sensitivity analysis, the sensitivity of interface stress to various parameters is studied from the point of view of quantitative analysis.The results show that the viscoelasticity of the adhesive will lead to stress redistribution at the interface, the peak shear stress and the peak normal stress of the interface will decrease with the increase of time, and the thicker the adhesive layer is, the thinner the CFRP elastic modulus is, and the closer the CFRP is to the support, the smaller the stress at the interface.The maximum influence on the shear stress of the end of CFRP is the distance from the end of the CFRP to the support, and the sensitivity factor is 1.359, and the thickness of the CFRP is the most sensitive factor to the normal stress at the end of the CFRP, and the sensitivity factor is 0.956.
