基于交互理論的校園公交站點服務(wù)體系設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,交互設(shè)計逐步受到重視,其思想、原則和方法已經(jīng)貫穿在各種設(shè)計活動之中,本文以交互理論為基礎(chǔ),對如何進(jìn)行公共環(huán)境下的交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計進(jìn)行了研究。本文從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行論述:第一,通過對交互設(shè)計理念的含義、系統(tǒng)、方法和步驟的概述和分析,總結(jié)出交互設(shè)計理念在各個領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。第二,對公共環(huán)境下服務(wù)體系的用戶群進(jìn)行研究和分析,并對用戶認(rèn)知、交互方式、交互行為等進(jìn)行了分析,明確了交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計要素。第三,提出了公共環(huán)境下交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計原則,即體系的協(xié)調(diào)性原則、易于認(rèn)知原則、易于體驗原則和服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)性原則,并利用這些原則指導(dǎo)交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計。第四,在以上理論的分析基礎(chǔ)上,初步建立了公共環(huán)境下的交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計框架,并應(yīng)用到了校園公交站點的交互服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計中?傊,本論文對公共環(huán)境下的用戶交互行為、交互方式及實現(xiàn)條件等做了分析,并初步建立了交互服務(wù)體系設(shè)計框架。以校園公交站點為設(shè)計原型,在交互服務(wù)體系具體的設(shè)計方面進(jìn)行了探索,為公共環(huán)境下的交互服務(wù)體系的建立提供了積極的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and technology, interactive design has been paid more and more attention, and its ideas, principles and methods have been running through all kinds of design activities.How to design the interactive service system in the public environment is studied.This paper discusses the following aspects: first, the application and development of interactive design concept in various fields are summarized through the summary and analysis of the meaning, system, methods and steps of the concept of interactive design.Secondly, the user group of the service system in the public environment is studied and analyzed, and the user cognition, interaction mode and interaction behavior are analyzed, and the design elements of the interactive service system are clarified.Thirdly, this paper puts forward the design principles of interactive service system in public environment, that is, coordination principle, easy cognition principle, easy experience principle and systematic principle of service, and uses these principles to guide the design of interactive service system.Fourthly, based on the analysis of the above theory, the design framework of interactive service system in public environment is established, and applied to the design of interactive service system of campus bus station.In a word, this paper analyzes the user interaction behavior, interaction mode and implementation conditions in the public environment, and establishes the design framework of interactive service system.Taking the campus bus station as the design prototype, this paper explores the specific design of the interactive service system, and provides a positive reference for the establishment of the interactive service system under the public environment.
