【摘要】：從公交線路資源配置和公交服務(wù)質(zhì)量?jī)煞矫娲_定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法,以車輛數(shù)、站點(diǎn)數(shù)、線路長(zhǎng)度、平均站距為投入指標(biāo),以客運(yùn)量、票價(jià)性價(jià)比、乘客候車時(shí)間、車輛周轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間為產(chǎn)出指標(biāo),組成評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以青島市黃島區(qū)的公交線路為評(píng)價(jià)單元,利用DEA-CCR模型,對(duì)公交資源配置和服務(wù)質(zhì)量協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)公交資源配置和服務(wù)質(zhì)量中存在的不足提出了相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:To determine the evaluation index from two aspects of resource allocation and bus line bus service quality, using data envelopment analysis method, the number of vehicles, the number of stations, line length, average station distance as input indicators, with passenger volume, ticket price, waiting time of passengers, the vehicle turnaround time as output indicators, assessment indicator system, bus lines Huangdao District of Qingdao city as the evaluation unit, using the DEA-CCR model of public resource configuration and quality of service coordination was evaluated according to the evaluation results of public resource allocation and quality of service in the foot and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
