【摘要】:為安全、高效地對(duì)滬通長(zhǎng)江大橋進(jìn)行鋼梁檢測(cè),針對(duì)該橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)、性能要求,提出一種適用于公鐵兩用長(zhǎng)江大橋的新型鋼梁檢查車設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案將滬通長(zhǎng)江大橋檢查車數(shù)量由原設(shè)計(jì)的80臺(tái)降低為14臺(tái)(主航道橋設(shè)1臺(tái)上弦、2臺(tái)下弦檢查車;專用航道橋設(shè)1臺(tái)上弦、1臺(tái)下弦檢查車;112m簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁橋共設(shè)3臺(tái)上弦、6臺(tái)下弦檢查車)。上弦檢查車車體縱向布置,具備縱向行走、橫向行走檢查、車體伸縮、升降或翻轉(zhuǎn)平臺(tái)、同步控制、跨越伸縮縫的功能;下弦檢查車具備直線同步行走、伸縮過(guò)墩、跨越伸縮縫、橫向平移的功能。檢查車縱、橫向2套驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)互不干擾,可在縱、橫向軌道自由轉(zhuǎn)換,行走速度和行走方式均實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the steel beam of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge safely and efficiently, according to the structural characteristics, technology and performance requirements of the bridge, a new design scheme of steel beam inspection vehicle suitable for both highway and railway Yangtze River Bridge is put forward.This scheme reduces the number of inspection vehicles from 80 designed to 14 (the main waterway bridge is equipped with one chord and 2 underchord inspection vehicles).The special waterway bridge is equipped with one chord and one underchord inspection vehicle 112m simply supported steel truss girder bridge. There are 3 chords and 6 underchord check cabinets.The upper chord inspection vehicle has the functions of longitudinal arrangement, longitudinal walking, transverse walking inspection, car body telescopic, elevating or overturning platform, synchronous control and crossing of expansion joints; the lower chord inspection vehicle has the function of straight line synchronous walking, stretching over the pier,Span expansion joint, lateral translation function.Check the vehicle longitudinal, lateral two sets of drive system not interfere with each other, can be in longitudinal and lateral track free conversion, walking speed and walking mode to achieve automatic control.
