帶豎井公路隧道運(yùn)營通風(fēng)熱位差利用數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:在帶豎井的長(zhǎng)大深埋公路隧道中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到氋地溫問題,其引起的熱位差對(duì)隧道通風(fēng)存在較大的影響。隧道熱位差研究不夠,會(huì)造成隧道通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)上的不合理,導(dǎo)致隧道運(yùn)營過程中能耗嚴(yán)重或通風(fēng)不足。因此,為了正確認(rèn)識(shí)隧道運(yùn)營過程中熱位差的作用,從而有效利用熱位差,有必要對(duì)長(zhǎng)大隧道熱位差的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,以便優(yōu)化隧道通風(fēng)方案達(dá)到節(jié)能降耗的目的。本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞隧道豎井內(nèi)熱位差的變化規(guī)律,基于Fluent軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)大隧道運(yùn)營通風(fēng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,并開展了以下研究工作:1.介紹了隧道通風(fēng)數(shù)值模擬中流體力學(xué)的幾個(gè)控制方程,對(duì)比分析了Fluent軟件的三類基本湍流模型,針對(duì)靠近壁面區(qū)域的計(jì)算分析,選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε雙方程模型,分析了風(fēng)流與隧道圍巖的熱交換過程,在Fluent軟件中打開能量方程。進(jìn)行了隧道熱位差計(jì)算和數(shù)值模擬的對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了Fluent軟件對(duì)熱位差變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬的可行性。2.利用Fluent軟件模擬了熱位差和軸流風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)單豎井隧道集中排(送)風(fēng)的影響,分析了環(huán)境溫度對(duì)隧道內(nèi)空氣溫度、密度和流態(tài)變化的影響,提出了對(duì)向公路隧道冬季集中排風(fēng)和夏季集中送風(fēng)的通風(fēng)方案。3.利用Fluent軟件對(duì)單向單豎井隧道進(jìn)行了正常運(yùn)營通風(fēng)的數(shù)值模擬,分析了單向單豎井隧道內(nèi)排風(fēng)井和送風(fēng)井熱位差的變化規(guī)律,得出了隧道運(yùn)營通風(fēng)優(yōu)化方案:冬季排風(fēng)井內(nèi)軸流風(fēng)機(jī)部分開動(dòng),適當(dāng)減少隧道排風(fēng)段射流風(fēng)機(jī)開啟數(shù)量,且適當(dāng)增加隧道送風(fēng)段射流風(fēng)機(jī)開啟數(shù)量,避免出洞口處污染物集聚不易排出。4.利用Fluent軟件對(duì)單向雙豎井公路隧道進(jìn)行了熱位差利用的數(shù)值模擬分析,結(jié)合單向單豎井隧道熱位差變化的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了全面分析,提出了無論是否考慮交通風(fēng)壓,單向隧道處于排送組合通風(fēng)狀態(tài)時(shí),單向雙豎井隧道的通風(fēng)規(guī)律等效于兩個(gè)單向單豎井隧道通風(fēng)規(guī)律疊加,從側(cè)面驗(yàn)證了特長(zhǎng)隧道縱向分段式通風(fēng)的合理性。
[Abstract]:In long and deep buried highway tunnel with shaft, the problem of ground temperature is often encountered, and the heat potential difference caused by it has a great influence on the ventilation of the tunnel.Insufficient research on tunnel thermal potential difference will lead to unreasonable ventilation design and serious energy consumption or insufficient ventilation during tunnel operation.Therefore, in order to correctly understand the role of thermal potential difference in tunnel operation and make effective use of thermal potential difference, it is necessary to study the variation law of thermal potential difference of long and long tunnel, in order to optimize the ventilation scheme of tunnel to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.On the basis of summing up the existing researches at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the operating ventilation of long and long tunnels by numerical simulation based on Fluent software around the variation law of thermal potential difference in tunnel shaft, and carries out the following research work: 1.This paper introduces several governing equations of hydrodynamics in numerical simulation of tunnel ventilation, compares and analyzes three basic turbulence models of Fluent software, and selects the standard k- 蔚 two-equation model for the calculation and analysis of the area near the wall.The heat transfer process between wind flow and surrounding rock of tunnel is analyzed, and the energy equation is opened in Fluent software.The comparison and analysis of tunnel thermal potential difference calculation and numerical simulation are carried out, and the feasibility of numerical simulation of thermal potential difference variation rule by Fluent software is verified.The effects of heat potential difference and axial flow fan on the centralized ventilation in a single shaft tunnel are simulated by using Fluent software. The effects of ambient temperature on the air temperature, density and flow state in the tunnel are analyzed.The ventilation scheme of centralized ventilation for highway tunnel in winter and summer is put forward.The numerical simulation of normal operating ventilation of unidirectional single shaft tunnel is carried out by using Fluent software, and the variation law of heat potential difference between exhaust well and air supply well in unidirectional single shaft tunnel is analyzed.The optimization scheme of tunnel operation ventilation is obtained: in winter, the axial flow fan in the ventilation well is partially started, the number of jet fan opening in tunnel exhaust section is reduced appropriately, and the number of jet fan opening in tunnel air supply section is increased appropriately.Avoid the accumulation of pollutants at the entrance of the hole is not easy to discharge. 4.The thermal potential difference of one-way double-shaft highway tunnel is simulated and analyzed by using Fluent software. Combined with the numerical simulation results of one-way single-shaft tunnel thermal potential difference, the paper puts forward whether the traffic wind pressure is considered or not.When the unidirectional tunnel is in the state of draining combined ventilation, the ventilation law of the unidirectional double-shaft tunnel is equivalent to the superposition of the ventilation law of the two unidirectional single-shaft tunnels, which verifies the rationality of the longitudinal segmental ventilation of the super-long tunnel from the side.
