【摘要】：目前,預防性養(yǎng)護的研究主要集中于高速公路干線瀝青路面,針對服務區(qū)、收費廣場水泥混凝土鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護的研究較少。由于服務區(qū)、收費廣場的水泥混凝土鋪面狀況會對高速公路服務水平造成較大影響,同時水泥鋪面一旦出現(xiàn)損壞,維修極其困難,本文針對收費廣場、服務區(qū)水泥混凝土鋪面的使用特性,結(jié)合養(yǎng)護工作實際,提出高速公路收費廣場、服務區(qū)水泥混凝土鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護的概念,從“檢測、分析、決策、實施”四個環(huán)節(jié)研究建立水泥混凝土鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護的工作內(nèi)容、評價指標和維修方法,以確保水泥混凝土鋪面的良好使用狀況。本文以單位所轄高速公路收費廣場、服務區(qū)水泥鋪面使用狀況的調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),首先分析了水泥混凝土鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護的內(nèi)容,進而提出水泥鋪面的預防性養(yǎng)護標準,同時考慮到水泥混凝土鋪面養(yǎng)護的“快通”要求,提出了局部快速修復的預防性養(yǎng)護措施。主要工作如下：首先,本文分析了水泥路面和瀝青路面的主要病害及其成因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,將水泥路面和瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護的特點進行了對比,進而分析了水泥混凝土鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護的內(nèi)容；其次,對單位所轄的廣靖錫澄高速、鹽靖高速和啟揚高速沿線服務區(qū)的水泥混凝土鋪面狀況進行調(diào)查,以鋪面破損狀況和板底脫空情況作為主要調(diào)查內(nèi)容,以此為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)了服務區(qū)水泥混凝土鋪面的主要病害,通過對比分析,選擇脫空率和錯臺損壞率作為預防性養(yǎng)護的指標,并給出了指標界限值,確定以脫空率小于25%,錯臺損壞率小于1%作為水泥混凝土鋪面的預防性養(yǎng)護標準。最后,考慮到水泥混凝土鋪面的養(yǎng)護維修往往需要較長的養(yǎng)生時間,不滿足快速開通交通的要求,本文提出了基于聚氨酯注漿技術(shù)的水泥鋪面預防性養(yǎng)護措施,該措施能對板底脫空和錯臺病害進行局部快速修復。通過在鹽靖高速劉陳服務區(qū)進行現(xiàn)場試驗,證明了該措施在工程實踐中的可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, the research of preventive maintenance is mainly focused on the asphalt pavement of highway trunk line, but the research on preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement in toll plaza is less.Because of the service area, the cement concrete pavement of the toll plaza will have a great impact on the service level of the highway, and once the cement pavement is damaged, it is extremely difficult to maintain. This paper aims at the toll plaza,The use characteristics of cement concrete pavement in service area, combined with the practice of maintenance, the concept of preventive maintenance of expressway toll plaza and service area cement concrete pavement is put forward.In order to ensure the good use of cement concrete pavement, four links are studied to establish the working content, evaluation index and maintenance method of preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement.Based on the investigation of the use of cement pavement in expressway toll plaza and service area, this paper first analyzes the content of preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement, and then puts forward the preventive maintenance standard of cement pavement.At the same time, the preventive maintenance measures for local quick repair are put forward considering the requirement of "quick pass" for cement concrete pavement maintenance.The main work is as follows: firstly, this paper analyzes the main diseases and their causes of cement pavement and asphalt pavement, and compares the characteristics of preventive maintenance between cement pavement and asphalt pavement.Then the content of preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement is analyzed. Secondly, the condition of cement concrete pavement along the service areas of Guangjing Xicheng High Speed, Yan-Jing High-Speed and Qiyang Expressway is investigated.Taking the condition of pavement breakage and the condition of slab bottom void as the main content of investigation, this paper summarizes the main diseases of cement concrete pavement in service area. Through comparative analysis, the void ratio and failure rate of staggered platform are selected as preventive maintenance indexes.The limit value of the index is given and it is determined that the void ratio is less than 25 and the damage rate of the stagger is less than 1% as the preventive maintenance standard for cement concrete pavement.Finally, considering that the maintenance and repair of cement concrete pavement often requires a long time of health maintenance, which does not meet the requirements of rapid opening of traffic, the preventive maintenance measures of cement pavement based on polyurethane grouting technology are put forward in this paper.This method can be used to repair the defect of the floor and the fault of the plate.The feasibility of this measure in engineering practice has been proved by field test in Liuchen service area of Yanjing Expressway.
