【摘要】：位于廣東省與海南省之間的瓊州海峽是限制內(nèi)陸與海南島的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會交流的主要瓶頸。為了解決這一矛盾,我國于2003年建成粵海鐵路輪渡工程并投入運(yùn)行�；浐ｈF路輪渡工程�？谥梁０埠Ｉ虾骄�是海南省與廣東雷州半島之間最主要的海運(yùn)通道,客、貨滾裝運(yùn)輸航線為海南與大陸之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化起到重大的作用,肩負(fù)著大量的貨物運(yùn)輸和旅客運(yùn)輸,是海南與大陸的交通咽喉,被譽(yù)為我國南部的海上“黃金水道”。隨著我國的國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,海南省與內(nèi)陸的客貨運(yùn)需求逐漸增大,而粵海輪渡能力也因此逐漸達(dá)到飽和,其能力成為了限制粵�？拓涍\(yùn)輸?shù)年P(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),粵海輪渡的能力提升成為了海南與大陸交流持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要問題在對鐵路輪渡運(yùn)輸各種設(shè)備情況,設(shè)備作業(yè)過程介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了鐵路輪渡運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn)。為能力提升方法,首先對粵海輪渡的現(xiàn)有能力,包括輪渡航運(yùn)通過能力、港口通過能力進(jìn)行了分析,給出了粵海輪渡現(xiàn)有運(yùn)行圖并計(jì)算了現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)通過能力,在上述分析基礎(chǔ)上研究了運(yùn)輸組織中存在的問題。為找出適合的擴(kuò)能改造方案,對粵海輪渡運(yùn)輸?shù)倪\(yùn)量需求進(jìn)行了研究,包括海南省進(jìn)出島客貨總量預(yù)測、瓊州海峽客貨運(yùn)量預(yù)測等。最后結(jié)合能力現(xiàn)狀、客貨運(yùn)運(yùn)量預(yù)測,研究了粵海鐵路輪渡擴(kuò)能的既有港改造方案、新建泊位方案,并對新建泊位方案的港口能力、投資、風(fēng)險等進(jìn)行了估算。研究結(jié)果表明新建泊位方案比既有港改造方案具有更好的能力,確定了南北兩港兩個新建泊位方案,并根據(jù)確定的泊位新建方案來制定了輪渡裝卸作業(yè)所涉及的相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備的設(shè)置方案與工藝流程。
[Abstract]:Located between Guangdong province and Hainan Province, the Qiongzhou Strait is the main bottleneck of economic and social exchange restricted inland and Hainan Island. In order to solve this problem, our country built in 2003 Yuehai Railway Ferry Project and put into operation. The Guangdong Hainan railway ferry project from Haikou to Haian sea route is the main shipping channel between Leizhou peninsula of Hainan province with the Guangdong passengers, cargo ro ro transport routes to the important role between Hainan and the mainland's economic culture, shouldering large amounts of cargo transportation and passenger transportation, is Hainan and the mainland traffic throat, known as the South China Sea "golden waterway". With the rapid development of China's national economy. Hainan province and the inland passenger and freight demand increases, and therefore ability to ferry Guangdong gradually saturated, its capacity has become the key link of Guangdong transport restrictions, enhance the ability of Guangdong ferry As an important problem in the sustainable development of Hainan and the mainland exchanges in railway ferry transportation equipment, based on the introduction of the process equipment, analyzes the characteristics of railway ferry transportation. To improve the ability of existing methods, first ferry Guangdong ability, including the ability through the ferry shipping, port through capacity analysis, are given Guangdong ferry operation diagram and through the existing capacity of the existing system was calculated, based on the above analysis of the existing problems in the transportation organization. In order to find out the suitable scheme of revamping, Guangdong ferry transport volume of demand is studied, including the Hainan province out of the island passenger volume forecast, the Qiongzhou Strait passenger and freight volume forecast. Finally, combined with the ability of forecasting, passenger and freight traffic, on the ferry is Hong Kong Guangdong railway expansion and reconstruction scheme, scheme of new berths and the new berth scheme The port capacity, investment risks were estimated. The results show that the new scheme has the ability to port berth reconstruction scheme has better, the north and south two Hong Kong two new berths, and according to the new scheme to determine the berth made setting scheme and process related facilities and equipment involved in handling the ferry.
