起伏基巖地層盾構(gòu)姿態(tài)控制及刀具配置分析

【摘要】:為了解決在起伏基巖地層中盾構(gòu)掘進姿態(tài)控制困難及刀盤不均勻消耗問題,以長沙地鐵2號線西延線盾構(gòu)區(qū)間為工程實例,通過對現(xiàn)場油缸推力關(guān)系統(tǒng)計分析,得出盾構(gòu)區(qū)間直線段和曲線段地層由軟至硬和由硬至軟的合理的油缸推力比,并應用于工程實際,得出相應的直線段和曲線段的水平、豎向偏差且均滿足軸線偏差不超過50 mm的標準要求。同時,通過對現(xiàn)場每百米刀具更換情況統(tǒng)計分析,得出合理的刀具改良配置建議。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of difficult attitude control of shield tunneling and uneven consumption of cutter head in undulating bedrock strata, taking the shield section of west extension line of Changsha Metro Line 2 as an engineering example, this paper analyzes the thrust relationship of oil cylinder on the spot.The reasonable cylinder thrust ratio from soft to hard and from hard to soft in the straight and curve sections of shield tunneling is obtained, and applied to engineering practice, the corresponding level of straight line and curve section is obtained.Vertical deviation and meet the axis deviation of not more than 50 mm standard requirements.At the same time, through the statistical analysis of the change of cutting tools per 100 meters, the reasonable tool configuration suggestion is obtained.
