散貨船配載儀人機界面及三維可視化技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著散貨船的大型化,其配載問題越來越難,而且安全快速地實現(xiàn)船舶裝載對海上人命安全、船舶安全和航運效率都有十分重要的意義。本課題首先研究國內(nèi)外散貨船配載儀的現(xiàn)狀,分析多種船用配載儀軟件,發(fā)掘其中的優(yōu)點和缺點,根據(jù)相關(guān)的規(guī)則、規(guī)范,結(jié)合用戶的實際需求,設(shè)計軟件的功能。以軟件易學(xué)和易用為目的來設(shè)計操作方式,提升用戶體驗度。在本配載軟件中船舶視圖以三維方式進行顯示,用戶可以直觀地觀察船舶各個艙室的裝載量,并可以在三維可視化模塊中對船舶模型進行交互,如點選艙室、根據(jù)設(shè)定的輸入方式進行貨物的調(diào)配等,增強了操作人員的體驗感。另外,三維可視化模塊也可清晰地顯示船舶首尾吃水、橫傾、縱傾、船舶視線等信息。整個軟件界面采用Ribbon風(fēng)格,與Microsoft Word等大多用戶熟練使用的軟件界面風(fēng)格和功能區(qū)的劃分非常相似,界面簡單友好、人性化,信息顯示清晰直觀,用戶體驗度較高。本文完成的主要工作如下:(1)設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了本配載軟件的三維可視化模塊,該模塊具有三維交互和三維配載的功能,而且船舶的模型資源從外部加載,可以滿足不同船舶的需求。(2)實現(xiàn)了對艙室模型較為精確地切割。按貨物裝載的高度切割艙室,切割之后生成兩個部分,然后賦予不同的材質(zhì),分別表示裝貨部分和未裝貨部分。(3)實現(xiàn)了三維可視化模塊嵌入軟件主界面,并且實現(xiàn)了三維可視化模塊與計算模塊的雙向數(shù)據(jù)通訊,三維可視化模塊顯示的信息均由計算模塊發(fā)送,保證軟件其它模塊和三維可視化模塊顯示信息的一致性。(4)初步實現(xiàn)了散裝貨物裝載過程的三維動態(tài)模擬。
[Abstract]:With the large size of bulk carriers, it is more and more difficult to stowage, and it is very important for the safety of life at sea, the safety of ships and the efficiency of shipping to carry out ship loading safely and quickly.Firstly, this paper studies the present situation of bulk carrier stowers at home and abroad, analyzes various kinds of ship stowage software, excavates its advantages and disadvantages, designs the functions of the software according to the relevant rules, norms and the actual needs of users.For the purpose of software easy to learn and easy to use to design the operation, improve the user experience.In the stowage software, the ship view can be displayed in a three-dimensional manner. The user can observe the loading capacity of each compartment of the ship intuitively, and can interact with the ship model in the three-dimensional visualization module, such as selecting the cabin,According to the set input mode for the deployment of goods, enhance the operator's experience.In addition, the 3D visualization module can clearly display the information of draft, trim, trim, line of sight and so on.The whole software interface adopts Ribbon style, which is very similar to the software interface style and function area that most users such as Microsoft Word skillfully use. The interface is simple and friendly, humanized, the information display is clear and intuitionistic, and the user experience degree is high.The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the 3D visualization module of the stowage software is designed and implemented. The module has the functions of 3D interaction and 3D stowage, and the model resources of the ship are loaded from the outside.It can meet the requirements of different ships.Cutting the compartment according to the height of the cargo loading, after cutting, two parts are generated, and then different materials are given to represent the loading part and the unloaded part. 3) the 3D visualization module is embedded into the software main interface.And realize the two-way data communication between the 3D visualization module and the calculation module. The information displayed by the 3D visualization module is sent by the calculation module.The 3D dynamic simulation of bulk cargo loading process is realized preliminarily by ensuring the consistency of display information between other modules of software and 3D visualization module.
