【摘要】：為了探究老化SBS改性瀝青的有效再生措施,設(shè)計(jì)2種方案對(duì)3種不同老化程度的SBS改性瀝青進(jìn)行再生,方案1為添加再生劑或基質(zhì)瀝青,方案2為添加再生劑+SBS類改性瀝青。采用針入度、延度及反映SBS與基質(zhì)瀝青交聯(lián)作用強(qiáng)弱的韌性SBC指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)其再生效果,并通過微觀相態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、紅外光譜及凝膠滲透色譜分析,探究老化瀝青再生的微觀機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:添加再生劑或基質(zhì)瀝青后,老化瀝青中瀝青質(zhì)和C瀅O基團(tuán)含量減少,膠質(zhì)和輕質(zhì)組分含量增大,瀝青的針入度和延度增大,但SBS與基質(zhì)瀝青間的交聯(lián)作用無法恢復(fù),韌性SBC改善效果不明顯,甚至因?yàn)樵偕鷦┖突|(zhì)瀝青的軟化作用,導(dǎo)致輕度老化瀝青的韌性SBC降低;對(duì)于老化較嚴(yán)重的SBS改性瀝青,在添加再生劑的基礎(chǔ)上,添加SBS類改性瀝青后,瀝青質(zhì)和C瀅O基團(tuán)含量進(jìn)一步減少,膠質(zhì)含量增大,而輕質(zhì)組分含量略有減少,使得針入度降低,而延度增大,SBS與基質(zhì)瀝青間的交聯(lián)作用也因?yàn)镾BS改性劑的補(bǔ)充而恢復(fù),韌性SBC大幅度提高。與SBS改性瀝青相比,添加高黏度瀝青后,再生瀝青的針入度較小,延度和韌性SBC較大,因此,在進(jìn)行輕度老化SBS改性瀝青再生時(shí),不宜添加過多的再生劑或基質(zhì)瀝青,否則會(huì)使瀝青軟化,SBS與基質(zhì)瀝青間的交聯(lián)作用減弱,韌性降低;對(duì)于老化較嚴(yán)重的SBS改性瀝青,宜采用添加再生劑+SBS類改性瀝青的方法進(jìn)行再生,使其針入度、延度和韌性盡量接近原樣SBS改性瀝青的水平。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effective regeneration measures of aging SBS modified asphalt, two schemes were designed to regenerate three kinds of SBS modified asphalt with different aging degree. Scheme 1 is to add regenerating agent or matrix asphalt, and scheme 2 is to add regenerating agent SBS type modified asphalt.The regeneration effect was evaluated by penetration, ductility and ductile SBC index reflecting the strong and weak cross-linking action between SBS and matrix asphalt. The microcosmic mechanism of aging asphalt regeneration was investigated by means of microstructure, infrared spectrum and gel permeation chromatography.The results showed that the contents of asphaltene and C _ (- O) groups in aging asphalt decreased, the contents of colloid and light components increased, and the penetration and ductility of asphalt increased after the addition of regenerating agent or matrix asphalt.However, the crosslinking effect between SBS and matrix asphalt can not be restored, and the improvement effect of ductile SBC is not obvious, even because of the softening effect of regenerator and matrix asphalt, the ductile SBC of mildly aged asphalt decreases.On the basis of the addition of regenerative agent, the content of asphaltene and C'-O group decreased further, the content of colloid increased, and the content of light component decreased slightly after adding SBS modified asphalt, which resulted in the decrease of penetration.The crosslinking effect between SBS and base asphalt was improved with the increase of ductility, and the toughness of SBC was improved greatly by the supplement of SBS modifier.Compared with SBS modified asphalt, the penetration of recycled asphalt is smaller, the ductility and ductility of SBS modified asphalt is larger than that of SBS modified asphalt, so it is not advisable to add too much regenerating agent or base asphalt in the process of mild aging SBS modified asphalt.Otherwise, the crosslinking effect between softened asphalt and base asphalt will be weakened, and the toughness will be decreased. For SBS modified asphalt with severe aging, the method of adding regenerating agent SBS type modified asphalt should be used to regenerate it to make its penetration.Ductility and toughness as close as possible to the original SBS modified asphalt level.
