【摘要】:隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展和民生經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益繁榮,各類大跨度橋梁的建設(shè)正如火如荼地進(jìn)行,而大跨度橋梁的建設(shè)往往離不開大量使用鋼筋和混凝土。另一方面,我國地震活動頻繁,地震往往會導(dǎo)致橋梁生命線的垮塌,延誤救援時(shí)間,造成極大的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,且鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)地震易損性較大,因此深入研究鋼筋混凝土橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震、減震理論是非常有必要的。在以往的研究中,人們往往忽略混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在荷載作用下的損傷累積效應(yīng),僅按照結(jié)構(gòu)動力學(xué)理論來簡化計(jì)算,但是,這種簡化計(jì)算得出的結(jié)果并不能反映出結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的真實(shí)情況,特別是在結(jié)構(gòu)即將斷裂的階段。倘若我們對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行損傷估計(jì)、考慮損傷累積效應(yīng)以及推測結(jié)構(gòu)的剩余抗力,則可以為分析混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性、評估橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性、橋梁抗震設(shè)計(jì)加固與震后修復(fù)技術(shù)以及舊橋的維修等提供科學(xué)合理的依據(jù)。本文詳盡地介紹了損傷力學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ),通過對混凝土損傷理論及損傷本構(gòu)方程的分析和總結(jié),歸納出其各自存在的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)與局限性。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括下列五點(diǎn):第一,詳細(xì)介紹了損傷力學(xué)理論的基礎(chǔ)知識,分析了混凝土材料的損傷現(xiàn)象及損傷形成機(jī)理。同時(shí),為了避開經(jīng)典損傷理論的缺陷,基于嚴(yán)格的不可逆熱力學(xué)基礎(chǔ),對損傷演化方程進(jìn)行了比較詳盡的介紹,并總結(jié)出一個(gè)適用于普遍形式的混凝土損傷模型。第二,制作鋼筋混凝土矩形橋墩試件作往復(fù)荷載作用下的擬靜力試驗(yàn)分析,并從美國PEER數(shù)據(jù)庫中選取部分矩形橋墩數(shù)據(jù),整理材料的參數(shù),描述試件的設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)、試驗(yàn)過程、試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象等內(nèi)容,分析了往復(fù)荷載作用下的滯回性能和延性性能的影響參數(shù)。第三,運(yùn)用ABAQUS工程分析軟件建立鋼筋混凝土矩形橋墩模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。然后編制用戶材料子程序UMAT,根據(jù)部分實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,打靶計(jì)算得出模型的損傷參數(shù)。第四,采用SPSS 19.0數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對打靶算得的參數(shù)進(jìn)行非線性回歸分析,擬合出一個(gè)以軸壓比、剪跨比、配箍率、縱筋率為變量來表明設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)與損傷參數(shù)關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表達(dá)式。第五,利用擬合的表達(dá)式計(jì)算一組試件的損傷參數(shù),然后數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算分析其滯回性能,并與該試件的實(shí)驗(yàn)滯回性能對比,評價(jià)擬合表達(dá)式的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the increasing prosperity of people's livelihood economy, the construction of all kinds of long-span bridges is in full swing, and the construction of long-span bridges is often inseparable from the use of a large number of steel bars and concrete.On the other hand, the frequent seismic activities in China often lead to the collapse of bridge lifelines, delay the rescue time, cause great loss of life and property, and the earthquake vulnerability of reinforced concrete structures is greater.Therefore, it is necessary to study the earthquake resistance of reinforced concrete bridge structure and the theory of earthquake absorption.In the previous studies, people often ignored the cumulative damage effect of concrete structures under load, and only simplified the calculation according to the theory of structural dynamics, but,The result of this simplified calculation can not reflect the real situation of structural damage, especially in the stage of imminent fracture of the structure.If we estimate the damage of the structure and consider the cumulative damage effect and the residual resistance of the structure, we can analyze the dynamic characteristics of concrete structure and evaluate the safety of the bridge structure.Aseismic design and reinforcement of bridges, post-earthquake repair technology and maintenance of old bridges provide scientific and reasonable basis.In this paper, the theoretical basis of damage mechanics is introduced in detail. Through the analysis and summary of damage theory and damage constitutive equation of concrete, the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of each of them are summarized.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first, the basic knowledge of damage mechanics theory is introduced in detail, and the damage phenomenon and damage formation mechanism of concrete material are analyzed.At the same time, in order to avoid the defects of the classical damage theory, the damage evolution equation is introduced in detail on the basis of strict irreversible thermodynamics, and a concrete damage model suitable for general form is summarized.Secondly, the quasi-static test analysis of reinforced concrete rectangular pier specimen under reciprocating load is made, and some rectangular pier data are selected from the PEER database of the United States, the parameters of the material are arranged, the design details of the specimen are described, and the test process is described.The influence parameters of hysteresis and ductility under reciprocating load are analyzed.Thirdly, the model of reinforced concrete rectangular pier is established by ABAQUS software.Then the user material subprogram UMATT is compiled and the damage parameters of the model are calculated according to some experimental results.Fourthly, SPSS 19.0 data analysis software is used for nonlinear regression analysis of the parameters calculated by target shooting, and an empirical expression of the relationship between design parameters and damage parameters is obtained by using axial compression ratio, shear span ratio, hoop ratio and longitudinal reinforcement ratio as variables.Fifthly, the damage parameters of a group of specimens are calculated by using the fitted expression, and the hysteretic performance of the sample is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the rationality of the fitting expression is evaluated by comparing the hysteretic performance with the experimental hysteretic performance of the specimen.
