基于達(dá)索3D體驗平臺的BIM技術(shù)在斜拉橋錨槽設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了精確、高效地完成某獨塔斜拉橋拉索梁端錨槽及其內(nèi)嵌鋼板的尺寸設(shè)計,適應(yīng)拉索數(shù)量眾多且在設(shè)計過程中梁端傾角變化頻繁的情況,借助達(dá)索3D體驗平臺采用BIM技術(shù)中的"骨架-模板"方法,先后完成用于定位錨槽的"骨架"和帶有所需數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)的"模板"模型,在建立錨槽及其內(nèi)嵌鋼板的三維模型的同時,批量化輸出設(shè)計所需幾何尺寸。結(jié)果表明:這種方法與傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計手段相比,能夠顯著提高設(shè)計的精確性和效率,由于達(dá)索軟件具有模板重用和參數(shù)化的特點,本項目建立的模板和骨架同樣能夠用于其他類似項目當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately and efficiently complete the dimension design of the cable end anchor slot and its embedded steel plate of a single tower cable-stayed bridge, it adapts to the situation that the number of cables is numerous and the inclination angle of the end of the beam changes frequently during the design process.With the help of Dassault 3D experience platform, the "skeleton" and the "template" model with the required data parameters are successively completed by using the "skeleton" method in BIM technology, which is used to locate the anchor slot.At the same time, the 3D model of the anchor slot and its embedded steel plate is established, and the geometric dimensions required for the output design are also measured.The results show that compared with the traditional design method, this method can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the design, because the Dasso software has the characteristics of template reuse and parameterization.The template and skeleton created by this project can also be used in other similar projects.
