順層路塹邊坡開挖預(yù)支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方法

【摘要】:在公路、鐵路等道路工程建設(shè)中,由于切坡修路的緣故,已經(jīng)不可避免地產(chǎn)生了大量的路塹邊坡,而有關(guān)路塹邊坡失穩(wěn)事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,尤其是高路塹邊坡開挖施工過(guò)程中。根據(jù)我國(guó)《公路路基設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》JTG D30-2004的要求,對(duì)超過(guò)20米的土質(zhì)路塹邊坡和30米的巖質(zhì)路塹邊坡需要進(jìn)行單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì),但具體要求并不明確。實(shí)際工程中,邊坡開挖及支護(hù)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)多以最終成形邊坡穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算為準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),開挖過(guò)程邊坡穩(wěn)定性考慮欠缺,從而導(dǎo)致施工過(guò)程中經(jīng)常發(fā)生失穩(wěn)事故,而路塹邊坡中順層路塹邊坡的穩(wěn)定性最差,也因此,順層路塹邊坡在開挖過(guò)程中失穩(wěn)最為常見。為此,本文以順層高路塹邊坡為工程對(duì)象,針對(duì)順層高路塹邊坡開挖過(guò)程失穩(wěn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,對(duì)順層高路塹邊坡開挖預(yù)支護(hù)技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。本論文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下4個(gè)方面:(1)針對(duì)順層路塹邊坡開挖預(yù)支護(hù)判別,提出了一種新的順層路塹邊坡的分類方法;诂F(xiàn)有順層路塹邊坡分類方法,考慮順層路塹邊坡一般開挖方式,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)順層路塹邊坡失穩(wěn)模式,提出一種新的順層路塹邊坡的分類,為其進(jìn)行定性預(yù)支護(hù)判別提供基礎(chǔ)。(2)針對(duì)順層路塹邊坡開挖破壞模式,結(jié)合目前常用邊坡支護(hù)措施,考慮開挖方式的變化,系統(tǒng)分析并總結(jié)了不同順層路塹邊坡類型適宜的預(yù)支護(hù)措施。(3)提出了順層路塹邊坡是否需要預(yù)支護(hù)的判別方法及預(yù)支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)流程,為此類邊坡設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)。(4)結(jié)合渝懷鐵路某順層路塹邊坡,運(yùn)用本文方法對(duì)此進(jìn)行了預(yù)支護(hù)判別分析,提出了預(yù)支護(hù)方案,并運(yùn)用UDEC數(shù)值模擬軟件比較分析了其在開挖過(guò)程中采用和不采用預(yù)支護(hù)技術(shù)的安全性,說(shuō)明了預(yù)支護(hù)措施的有效性;同時(shí)結(jié)合普宣高速公路某順層路塹邊坡開挖過(guò)程破壞案例分析,說(shuō)明了預(yù)支護(hù)措施的必要性。
[Abstract]:In the construction of highway, railway and other road projects, a large number of cutting slopes have been inevitably produced due to the cutting slope construction, and the accidents of slope instability have occurred frequently, especially in the excavation process of high cutting slope.According to the requirement of JTG D30-2004, more than 20 meters of soil cut slope and 30 meters of rock cut slope need to be designed separately, but the specific requirements are not clear.In actual engineering, the design of slope excavation and support parameters is usually based on the stability check calculation of the final formed slope, and the slope stability is not considered in the excavation process, which leads to frequent unstable accidents in the construction process.The stability of the bedding cutting slope is the worst in the cutting slope, therefore, the instability of the bedding cutting slope is the most common in the excavation process.For this reason, this paper takes the bedding high cutting slope as the engineering object, aiming at the risk control of instability during the excavation process of the bedding high cutting slope, and carries on the systematic research on the pre-support technology for the excavation of the bedding high cutting slope.This paper mainly includes the following four aspects: (1) A new classification method of bedding cutting slope is put forward according to the discrimination of pre-support in excavation of bedding cutting slope.Based on the existing classification methods of bedding cutting slope and considering the general excavation mode of the bedding cutting slope, this paper systematically summarizes the instability mode of the bedding cutting slope, and puts forward a new classification of the bedding cutting slope.In view of the excavation failure mode of bedding cutting slope, considering the change of excavation mode, combined with the commonly used slope support measures at present,This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the suitable pre-supporting measures for different types of bedding cutting slope. It puts forward the discriminant method and design flow of pre-supporting for bedding cutting slope.To provide guidance for the design of this kind of slope, combined with a cutting slope of Yu-huai railway, this paper uses the method of this paper to carry out the discriminant analysis of pre-support, and puts forward the pre-support scheme.The UDEC numerical simulation software is used to compare and analyze the safety of the pre-support technology in the excavation process, which shows the effectiveness of the pre-support measures.At the same time, combined with the analysis of the damage case of a bedding cutting slope excavation in Puxuan Expressway, the necessity of pre-supporting measures is explained.
