洋塢尖軟巖隧道監(jiān)控量測及收斂—約束法在施工中的應用研究

【摘要】:當前針對軟巖隧道設(shè)計、施工存在開挖和支護的問題,能否很好的解決這一問題是當今研究軟巖隧道設(shè)計、施工的重心。本文結(jié)合洋塢尖軟巖隧道的工程地質(zhì)特征,通過實施現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控量測,收集圍巖與支護結(jié)構(gòu)變形數(shù)據(jù),進行回歸分析,得出圍巖變形曲線;運用有限差分軟件FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟弱圍巖在不同開挖方式下的圍巖變形,并對比分析得出合理開挖方式;采用收斂-約束法理論計算圍巖特征曲線和支護特征曲線,提出軟弱圍巖變形機理,并對其安全評價。本文主要研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)介紹洋塢尖隧道工程地質(zhì)情況;闡述監(jiān)控量測在軟巖隧道中的具體實施過程,選取典型斷面對其開挖后圍巖位移與監(jiān)測時間的變形曲線進行分析研究,進一步總結(jié)圍巖變形規(guī)律。(2)運用FLAC3D有限差分軟件,對軟巖隧道采取不同開挖方式(CRD工法、上下臺階法、全斷面開挖法)進行施工過程模擬,總結(jié)各方法的優(yōu)劣特點,得出合理的開挖方式。(3)通過收斂-約束法計算并繪制軟弱圍巖隧道的圍巖特征曲線和支護特征曲線;將計算結(jié)果與實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,提出軟弱圍巖變形機理,并對其安全評價。期望今后遇到與本文類似的隧道工程時,可以給設(shè)計、施工、監(jiān)測單位提供有益的建議。
[Abstract]:At present, there is the problem of excavation and support in the construction of soft rock tunnel, and it is the center of gravity to study the design and construction of soft rock tunnel.Based on the engineering geological characteristics of Yangwujian soft rock tunnel, the deformation curve of surrounding rock is obtained by collecting the deformation data of surrounding rock and supporting structure.The finite difference software FLAC3D is used to simulate the deformation of soft surrounding rock under different excavation modes, and the reasonable excavation method is obtained by comparing and analyzing, and the characteristic curve of surrounding rock and supporting characteristic curve are calculated by using the theory of convergence-constraint method.The deformation mechanism of soft surrounding rock is put forward and its safety is evaluated.The main research contents of this paper include introducing the engineering geology of Yangwujian tunnel, expounding the concrete implementation process of monitoring measurement in soft rock tunnel, selecting typical section to analyze and study the deformation curve of surrounding rock displacement and monitoring time after excavation.Further summarize the law of surrounding rock deformation. 2) use FLAC3D finite difference software to simulate the construction process of soft rock tunnel with different excavation methods, upper and lower step method, full section excavation method, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each method.It is concluded that the reasonable excavation method. (3) the characteristic curve of surrounding rock and supporting characteristic curve of soft surrounding rock tunnel are calculated and drawn by convergence-constraint method, and the deformation mechanism of soft surrounding rock is put forward by comparing the calculated results with the actual monitoring data.And its safety evaluation.It is expected that in the future similar tunnel works will be provided with useful suggestions for the design, construction and monitoring units.
